Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Beautifully situated villa with direct access to the sea in a very quiet area. We were welcomed by Ugi, who took us to the premises and explained everything. Teodora was also very responsive. We arrived in mid-October, when the off-season had started, so the Lustica Peninsula had very few guests. The beaches were empty, but it was still beach weather with sea temperatures over 20°C. Highly recommended. The only issues worth mentioning were the long staircase down to the house and the lack of a traditional oven, as there was only a combined microwave/steamer oven,

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

4 night stay . First contact with Montenegro. Enchanting stay. Spacious villa, well furnished and above all a terrace where you can have breakfast, all meals in fact, with a magnificent view, night and day, far from the overcrowded and noisy coasts in a residential setting of villas, green and flowery. A large, enclosed garage a few meters away. Warm welcome despite our delay (long wait at customs). We enjoyed the small welcome gifts, (a good bottle of local wine, local cupcakes).

We were stunned by the prime location of the apartment right at the sea. The fact that there is a garden where the kids could play was a huge advantage. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity so no need to worry about driving around. The apartment was nice and clean and Sean is a very kind host who is always available to help. I highly recommend visiting the winery in the area overlooking the bay of Kotor.

This apartment was perfect for my trip. It was spacious and bright. Had a lovely garden area to sit outside. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Shower was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a great vibe throughout. It was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

This was the best stay in my 12 years on Airbnb. The location is perfect - above the town promenade, facing the Bay of Kotor, a quiet stretch of the coast close to the city center. The apartment is spacious for 2-3 people. It's well-designed and equipped. The best part: the balcony facing the sea, with its own olive tree! Pro tip: get up early and watch the sunrises. And Natasha is a great host - responsive and friendly. The bottom line: Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

A view to kill for. The apartment is quite spacious. Very nice to spend a few days by the sea on the quieter side of the bay.

Words are really inadequate to describe this house… It was a wonderful accommodation experience in every sense. The sea was as beautiful as a painting, and the house was clean and full of carefully thought-out details. Everything we needed was complete. Our host made this experience even more special with his warmth and helpfulness. It's hard to leave here, but our consolation is that we will definitely come again!

Upon arrival, Nikola met us and told us the history of the place, helped us with parking, took us to the apartment and showed us everything in great detail. The view from the terrace is simply incredible! The apartment is furnished with good taste, has minimalistic style, everything is very convenient and thought out to the smallest detail. The location is great - you can quickly walk to all the necessary and interesting points of Herceg Novi, a small cozy beach is just a couple of minutes away. It was one of the best airbnbs experiences so far.

Great experience! Bojana gave us excellent service and local recommendations. She solved the small challenges in a very good way and contributed strongly to us having a very great holiday. We highly recommend these apartments, great balconies. Great location to explore the Bay of Kotor.

Sanja's place was fantastic. Very close to the beach with a beautiful view of the Boka Kotorska bay. We have been lucky even to see delfines from our balcony. There was a BBQ and all was organised for us to prepare fish ourselves. Great place!

Our stay was very pleasant and beautiful. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, everything is clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Njivice is a quiet place, without noise, perfect for rest and relaxation. The apartment is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. There are steps down to the beach, which may not be for everyone, but it's not hard to get to the beach. Any recommendations for staying in this apartment.
