There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Welcome to the Stables and Hayloft, overlooking the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

Oak beams and wooden floors frame a simple whitewashed open plan space which offers: a sleeping area on the mezzanine with one double floor-level bed and up to two single futons; on the ground floor, a wet-room and the kitchen-eating-living area with Clearview wood-burning stove. Located at the foot of The Offa's Dyke Path and only a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, park with river access. Wireless. Off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

The Log Shed is a chic rustic barn conversion located on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. Set in 70 acres of stunning countryside with views for miles. Kick back and relax in front of the cosy log burner, explore by foot with an abundance of walks on your doorstep or take a short drive to Ludlow and discover boutique shops, explore the historic castle and sample foodie delights at the Ludlow Farmshop. For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

A very cozy detached cottage with incredible views over the rolling Welsh countryside. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Coach House - detached cottage within 135 acres

The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking. There is a family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.

Tucked in a peaceful valley at the foot of the Black Mountains, this retreat offers direct access to some of the most beautiful landscapes in the region. A brook runs nearby, and a lake lies within easy reach, perfect for short wild swims, by arrangement. Walking and hiking trails lead straight from the door, while cyclists will find rolling country lanes and more challenging routes into the hills.
