Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

New Listing for 2020. The Parlour is a stone built 19th converted milking parlour on the site of a 150 acre working sheep farm, on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Grosmont in Monmouthshire. The village is where you will find the local pub, village shop and the ruined Norman castle. Monmouth and Ross-On-Wye are both 10 miles away, Abergavenny and Hereford are 14 miles away. Its Rural location make it great for walkers as we are close to the Three Castle's Walk.

Rockhill MILL is situated within the grounds of a working farm. It is an idyllic getaway and a perfect way to spend a peaceful break away in the countryside. If we have baby calves and you’d like to watch the calves being fed please let me know on booking. Sleeps up 5 and 1 infant. There are 2 double beds, 1 single bed and a cot. Parking and WiFi are free of charge! Pet friendly! We have cows, horses, 2 emus, chickens and an abundance of wildlife and birds.

I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.
