Holiday rentals with beach access in Herreras

A great place to stay! Clean, safe and the private beach is gorgeous. It's a decent drive to the main attractions of Puerto Rico (Rainforest, main beaches, San Juan/airport). We did experience the power going out however the generator Josue has is very helpful and he provides fans in each room which was a nice touch. Definitely recommended!

The apartment was extremely tidy, clean and easy to find. The modern boho aesthetic made the stay very homely, classy and comfortable. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially knowing that Aquatika was properly secured with thorough security checks when entering and leaving the compound. Will definitely stay again on my next Puerto Rico trip!

Rafael was very kind and proactive. The place had everything you needed, such as beach towels, a pool, a bathroom, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The space was well organized and clean. The atmosphere in the place was beautiful, quiet and with wonderful views. Definitely one of the best experiences that I've had. My companions and I left very satisfied and delighted with the experience.

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Robert was great throughout the whole process, being very accommodating and understanding and on top of a lot of concerns and potential issues. He warned about minor issues with the lighting and the relatively minor difficulty of the door opening/closing, and he usually answered well and promptly, either throught the platform or a text or call. He also had his neighbor available to help with suggestions, though that was not as easily accessible/took a bit of extra initiative since we didn't have their number except when they were already outside. The fire extinguisher was concerningly empty and smoke detectors were missing from rooms except possibly main room, so that was concerning. But as soon as I pointed it out, he ordered a fire extinguisher for the next day and even offered to refund me for buying one and for a smoke alarm, so I feel that he went above and beyond to the extent that he could on this. Overall, the place was great-so was he even- if not fancy& close to event venue

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

We had the best time at this rental! I think it was the best unit in a wonderful complex. Unit was right by the ocean and one of the complex’s pools. Sitting on the patio was lovely, watching the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The host was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and tips whenever we needed them. We will likely be staying here again!!

Hector's place was very nice, comfortable and inviting! He did everything he could to make us feel at home which was really appreciated! I always generally give hosts 5 stars accross the board but I gave 3 stars for the location i believe, not because of any fault on Hector but in the morning there is a Cock that crows VERY loudly. I can sleep through anything but for future guests I just wanted you all to know that it is a reality. Also there are some nice photos of mountain side in the description, just want you all to know that it's not connected to the rental but merely beautiful shots of Puerto Rico. Its not secluded at all but the neighborhood is calm. Again, this was a very nice place and Hector was very kind but I wanted to give an honest review! God Bless!

This was a wonderful place for 3 generations of our family to stay. We loved how close it was to El Yunque and San Juan and Fajardo. The walk to the totally private beach was easy (and the golf cart was super helpful when we used it). The outdoor space and pool around the property made hanging out in the mornings and evenings so pleasant. Christophe was also so thoughtful and kind to bring over some baby gates and life vests for the pool when he realized we had two babies with us.

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Had an amazing stay. Perfect, clean apartment with everything you need and great rooftop in a peaceful place.

Excellent communication, I recommend not using the translator in the Airbnb app. There's a slight cockroach problem, but I used a good repellent that I think killed them all. I loved the pool and the beach less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Jackeline, thank you for your hospitality and congratulations on your new granddaughter. The BBQ works well, the patio is beautiful and comfortable. The garage jacuzzi is perfect. I loved everything. THANK YOU

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

Sergio is an excellent host . He is friendly and very helpful . I find the place to be rustic but quaint. The beds had the right comfort for me. I enjoyed sitting in the terrace. It was good that you could choose to park in the front or in back of the place. You can hear the coqie frogs making beautiful music. There is a small backyard and a grassy area for pets outside the gate, which was a plus.. It is definitely walking distance to the beach, but you do have to watch out for the loose neighborhood dogs. The area isn’t too far from shopping centers by car. Being that it’s summer, and not much of a breeze , the living room was extra warm. The bedroom furniture had some of wear and tear.

Our stay at Diana’s was like having a home away from home. The pool and seemly private beach were just what we were looking for. The location was also perfect for day trips to El Yunque rainforest, local restaurants and multiple other pristine beaches. Diana was an amazing host super responsive and understanding to all our needs. Highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!

Javier was amazing! Best host I’ve had thus far. I will definitely stay with him if I’m back in the area. If you’re looking for a great stay with a great host look no further.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
