Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

This spacious and stylish private 3 bedroom and 2 bath is newly built and made for comfort. The king suite has two large closets and has a XL soaking tub/shower. 2 more rooms one with a queen bed and another with a double bed with added bathroom is available. This apartment is located on the lowest level of the home. The Suite is accessible through its own separate outdoor private entrance, and is locked/separated from the rest of the house. 11 foot ceilings give the place a luxury feel. NEW!
