Beach house holiday rentals in Hervey Bay

Solid wifi, clean and quiet space, good communication and comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Very relaxing weekend. Quiet neighbourhood and the beach wasn’t even a minutes walk. Bed very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils and very decent shower pressure. Loved the pizza oven and plenty of equipment to prep your pizzas. Convenience store was an easy walk or a short drive and restaurant 5 min drive. Would defiantly book again! Thank you Sarah for a great experience.

The location was awesome, the lake views were amazing, roasting marshmallows by the firepit was a highlight. The house was spacious and mostly well maintained. We just had some issues with cleanliness. The floors felt sticky and our feet/socks were black within an hour of walking around inside on the tiles. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced as its degrading and the dishwasher is rusting. Apart from the maintenance and sticky floors everything else was great.

Michael's house was amazing. It had so many amenities and it was perfect for our large group. The back of the home had a short path to the beautiful beach at Toogoom. The area was perfect for a quiet getaway for the family. The house was neat, clean and tidy. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided for us.

Pam and Bill were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. Perfect quiet little spot for a few days break on a long road trip! Directly across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants etc. We had a lovely stay, thanks again!

Rebecca was more than helpful. The house showcased a classic queenslander style. The balcony provided uninterrupted views of the ocean and pier, great sunrises and sunsets. The home was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were good, 2 TV's, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. We enjoyed our stay very much taking in all the things Hervey Bay has to offer. Beautifully appointed, with EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing stay away from the crowds of Hervey Bay. Right across from the beach, access to fishing spots, and a very short stroll to cafes. Loved the Hawaiian decor and beachfront location - was perfect for our extended family Christmas. Would come back in a heartbeat. This property is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway.

The family had a wedding to attend at Kingfisher Bay Kgari so we booked Rishendas beach house. Everyone felt comfortable, the home was well equipped and plenty big enough for our large group. The views were amazing, the resident kookaburras visited daily. The outdoor dining area with spa and BBQ on the deck overlooking the fabulous views was Amazing. We would definitely recommend Rishendas house and would love to return again for an Island holiday.

From the Start Kayla was very friendly and responsive to my and my family’s needs before during and after our stay. The home its self was beautiful! Superb! We loved this beautifully and thoughtfully renovated property! Fabulous location - easy walk to the best vantage spot for sunsets and immersed in true serenity. This is a property that is out of the ordinary and done with love!

This place is amazing. It is beautiful and well organised. It had everything that we needed. Plus, Adam was very quick to respond. It looks better than pictures.

Such a beautiful place for a holiday. Beachy, modern interior with very clean bathrooms. We appreciated the handwash, shampoo etc. that was provided. Deck was huge with a good view of surrounding hills, the perfect place to chiIl and view local wildlife. Bonus that this neighbourhood is fenced off from the dingoes. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, kitchenware, and a large fridge. Bedrooms are spacey, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool table was a hit with the whole family. Self Checkin/checkout process was easy, and Jan was very responsive to any enquiries during our stay. Thank-you to Jan for such a comfortable stay. We will definately book again!

We chose Joanne's property specifically for the location as it was close to family and we enjoyed our stay alot. The property is quirky, the views spectacular and the location peaceful. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side the weekend we stayed which did prove challenging, given some of the properties features. Those who stayed in the granny flat had an experience which was more like glamping. There is no way to enter the separate container, and the bathroom which is in a shed close by, without being fully exposed to the weather. Which meant dark, wet walks, across sodden grass. Whilst we were fulky aware of this setup when we booked it did impact our stay and is mentioning. The weather aside, we would definitely choose to stay again, in the hopes for finer weather. We would love to be able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas this property offers!

I have been to many Airbnb’s and this is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in. 1. Host was so lovely and accommodating, we last minute needed a place and she made sure we could get in at very short notice and made sure we were all set to get in 2. The house is even nicer in person than in the pictures and the pictures were great 3. The furniture, linen, towels, amenities are all really top quality. 4. So much thought has gone into making this place spectacular. It’s so cosy, welcoming, well equipped. Pets aren’t just welcomed they are thought about and catered for. 5. The beds were really comfortable, every room has a TV, the rooms are really spacious as well and so beautifully decorated 6. The pool! Was super clean and lovely to use in the garden 7. The proximity to the beach and shops was amazing Can’t rate this place high enough - we highly recommend it but also plan on going back! Thank you Amanda for a really lovely stay

10/10 - A Perfect Weekend Escape! We had an amazing stay! The host and family were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even made our crazy pups feel right at home. The property is exactly as advertised. Some reviewers seemed to expect it to be isolated, but the tiny house is on someone else’s property. That said, the acreage is large and far from crowded. The cabin itself is quiet, comfortable, clean, and well-insulated, air conditioned. I’m honestly not sure why some reviewers had issues with the toilet—it’s a simple camping-style setup. If you're unsure, just ask. As for the shower and hot water, I was completely baffled by some negative comments. The hot water comes almost instantly, and the water pressure is fantastic! I’d love to have that kind of pressure at home. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely be back. Thank you to the host for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful place , very welcoming . Gary Went above and beyond to help us with our needs & was responsive and helpful . Gardens very nice and well maintained , clean tidy comfortable outdoor seating . Would definitely stay again , and will be recommending to friends and family visiting Hervey Bay .

It was a pleasure staying at Michelle’s home! My friend and I stayed 5 nights spending quite a bit of our time at home due to constant rain. We found it in perfect condition, clean with everything we needed and more. Thank you Michelle 🌻

Lovely apartment...very cosy, very peaceful...just a long walk for a litre of milk the only small downside....

Easy access to house. Nice homely feel, quiet and private. neighbours are friendly and helpful. John was super friendly, helpful and responds quickly.
