Holiday rentals with lake access in Hévízi

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

Thank you for the lovely stay with you. We as a patchwork family with 5 children (1-7 years) enjoyed a lot. Our review: + we were very nicely received by David's mom and everything was explained + Super clean + Dishwasher and great kitchen equipment + Reliable and good internet + A blessing for us as a family was the washing machine + Very child-friendly furnishings with toys for the very large garden and games as well as painting things in the house + The path to the beach was a 5-minute walk. + Shopping was on site + Value is just great - the doors are a little older and a little hard to open for our smaller children - Some neighbors regularly walked through the garden to take a shortcut, which has bothered us personally, as we assumed a private garden

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

Although it was not the accommodation shown in the photos, we were very satisfied. I would say that our accommodation was even more spacious. There were also many opportunities for children to enjoy themselves directly in the garden. Thank you very much and we wish you all the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Lake Balaton. It was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, spacious, charming, and well cared for. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, always available to answer questions / provide information about the home. We appreciated their hospitality and definitely would love to come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The place was beautiful and the view of Lake Balaton just made it perfect. The location was very quiet. The apartment is very well equipped and absolutely nothing is missing.

Beautiful little cabin on the hill with an amazing view. The host is very helpful and responsive.

We were very excited about our stay. the house is very nice both inside and outside. Depending on the position of the sun, you can relax in front of or behind the house. Especially the banana plants give a nice picture. Inside, everything is very new and nicely decorated , with a large living room and three bedrooms, the space of which is completely sufficient. There is air conditioning three TVs. In the living room, a very, very large one with Hungarian German and English programs. Shampoo, enough toilet paper cleaning agent, in the kitchen. dishwashing tablets, very good coffee and syrup were provided in the bathroom. you walk about 2 minutes to a small. very nice empty, beach or 5 minutes to a tourist beach with food options rent tretboat. Possibilities and a large water slide. A shopping opportunity is about an 8-minute walk away. We would come back anytime, as we enjoyed it very much.

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

It's like the photos, a very nice, spotless place to stay, equipped with everything you could want, plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, everything, it's really like you're at home. The whole apartment really feels like home. Very fast internet and quality stinks and luxury design in every room, the view from the terrace is fantastic. We had a great time, thank you for the lovely touches from the host. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay in Szabloc's accommodation. Autumn is quiet on Balaton and just right for us with a small child. The apartment and the balcony are very spacious and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. The private outdoor area is great to relax in and there are shopping opportunities nearby.

Everything is as described. Beautiful apartment in an equally beautiful and quiet place.

The apartment is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable and everything was as described. The communication with the host was perfect! It couldn't be better! 🙏 Everything is easily accessible on foot (if you want it) and what really impressed us about the accommodation is the insane tranquility at night!! Great!! Can only recommend it!!

Very nice apartment. Looks exactly like in the photos and you could park right at your doorstep. Access to the lake is within walking distance. By bike you can perfectly explore the surroundings and the nearest villages. The bikes should be inflated a little more and a pedal repaired but otherwise great that there is a possibility. If you have any questions, we received a response within a few minutes.

As soon as we arrived, Bálász offered us a more beautiful and suitable accommodation for us who travel as a family with our two dogs. The house was fantastic and well fenced so that our dogs could be free all the time we were on the veranda .. place sheltered from the sun and wind . super . I recommend it.

Our hosts went above and beyond, they were extremely helpful and proactive in helping us with a situation. They made excellent recommendations for thing to do in the area. The accommodation was as described and we even got use of the bikes that they offered us whilst there. Would highly recommend. Thank you both for all of help it really was appreciated

Our mouth remained open when we arrived :) Beautiful , new , spacious, tasteful , baby-friendly apartment , nice wooden crib, clean baby bath, huge green shaded area , and I think the slowest deepest part of the Balaton with a lightning-fast climbing baby was the best for the first beach of his life:) Breakfast is also a 5 :)

If you are searching for a stay in the idyllic vineyards around Lake Balaton this is your place to go! You will be accommodated in a solitary and wonderfully built house with a huge garden. As a big group of 10 people we had the best time - the lake and the close by towns are super quickly accessible by car.

Adrienn is a very kind and helpful landlord, and the communication with her was seamless throughout. Our stay was a very neat, cozy and comfortable house with all the equipment provided for a pleasant stay. The garden was kept beautifully tidy. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, close to Lake Balaton, but it wasn't crowded at all in April. There are also 3 easy hiking trails that we have successfully completed, and walked a lot, biked, and even baked bacon in the garden in these few days. We also brought a pen oven, but it was a shame, because it is also in the house...:-) We had a great time, the nearby Promenade Confectionery is a special gem for Balatongyörök! :-) We'd love to go back!

Loved our stay, moments from a lovely beach, little food shop nearby. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We were two families plus some grandparents and so the three bathrooms were all put to use as well as the baby cot and high chair!

Great accomodation in a peaceful beautiful setting. It looks like it has recently been painted and the showers looked new. 3 large dining areas in the house, patio and garden. Host wad good at communicting and gave us some helfull recommendations. Had a great holiday and would highly recommend.
