An excellent safe and clean place... the treatment and very clear directions... we occupy it only one night but it is undoubtedly the best option for sample visits to Pachuca

We had a very pleasant time at Sergio's house, Mrs. Alejandra and her husband were extremely kind and flexible, and supported us at all times. The house is very spacious and super comfortable that has 2 full bathrooms! If something we needed was not in the kitchen, Mrs. Alejandra would take it to us right away. And the best part of everything was the beautiful terrace, we spent a lot of our stay there, very comfortable sunbathing, and even grill it has, so that's why we would come back gladly.

Very friendly and always attentive, good communication

Mr. Octavio answered all my questions before, during and after hiring the accommodation. It was very accessible at all times with what I needed. Excellent and beautiful place. Just as a tip if they have a chaparrito vehicle, they don't try to put it in the parking lot a little high the stop and raspas mucho carro. But the place is very sure that they can leave their car on the street. Thank you for the stay and your attention.

Excellent host the house very spacious and clean we felt at home, I was very pleased that after two months of having lost the dog in the house we found her and returned to her house with her owner is the pet of the house and is beautiful

From Italy to Mexico. We chose the house to be close to some friends. The host responded promptly. He gave us exact and precise information on how to access the house, and we liked this very much. Upon arriving at the apartment, we were surprised by the organization and good distribution of the space. Everything is very clean, functional and tastefully decorated. I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and in a perfect location — close to everything yet very relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed every second and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!
