Less than 10 miles to the beach and under an hour's drive from San Diego's and Orange Counties favorite tourist attractions (San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Lego-Land, Sea World, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm &many more) and close to Camp Pendleton.
