The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors.

This was perfect! So cute! Loved the atmosphere and the decor! Felt right at home! Loved that she provided so much in her Airbnb. Beautiful space and neighborhood. It was super easy to find and get to. Loved that it was close enough but still an easy distance for the hustle and bustle. Amazing views even took a beautiful night stroll through the nearby park with a stream. Instructions were clear and easy. Definitely will be staying again when we are in the area!

First off, Jack is a great host; communicative and quickly responds! We did not need anything while we were there, but he would answer questions in a timely manner, and I greatly appreciate that. The home was clean, comfortable, and plenty large for our family of four. The furniture & decor were aesthetically pleasing, there is plenty of seating options, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The downstairs became the teen hangout with the comfy couch and television. Check-in was easy and I appreciated Jack's notes & instructions upon arrival. Checkout was also easy - simple & minimal. The area is close to shopping & restaurants, and while there are many townhomes in the community, it was always quiet! We really loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

AMAZING!! Everything was perfectly decorated and so easy to find. The house had everything that we needed. We even brought our dog and he loved the outdoor space. The owners were very responsive, and they gave all instructions before they were needed. It was a home away from home. Next time we are in American Fork we will let you know!!

Despite the pool being shut down and having trouble with the internet, they were very responsive and got the internet fixed multiple times very quickly. The place was clean, great hosts, responsive and helpful. We were frustrated by the pool but it was out of their hands, they did everything they could to accommodate. Great place, worth the money paid for sure.
