Olena was an amazing host and I loved my stay there. Both her and her family were very welcoming and were nothing but kind and helpful to me. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. The room and the washrooms were both very clean and well organized. There was an additional living space and a TV, with a balcony that had amazing views. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anybody.

Thank you, Nicholas, for a great stay! Your place was wonderful, and your quick response made all the difference. I was shocked by the trouble with the upstairs long-term tenants. They wrongly claimed I couldn’t use the house’s only bathtub, located in the upstairs bathroom, despite it being part of the promised amenities. They used foul language and threatened me to stop using the bathroom while I was in the hot water, which was extremely rude and upsetting. After I reported this to Nicholas via AirBNB app, he acted swiftly, issuing the tenants a warning to end their stay. They apologized with a small gesture (a chocolate), which I accepted, and I enjoyed using the bathtub on the second night, which was amazing. Nicholas is an exceptional host, and I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure a pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house. It’s located in a quiet street and easy to access everything like supermarkets, cafe, and restaurants. Polly is a fantastic host - friendly, easy to communicate with, and very organised. Everything in the house is new, clean, and well set up, which made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house is beautifully maintained and decorated. Leanne was a lovely host, responding quickly to all messages and making the check-in/out process extremely efficient. It is evident the property is well loved and pride is obviously taken in its presentation, cleanliness and atmosphere. We would certainly stay again should we be in the area and would certainly recommend Leanne as a host!
