We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

The home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again. Not too far from Zion. Good golfing close by. Enjoyed using the spa after a long day of hiking, and the community pool area was great for cooling off.

This is our second time back and it won’t be our last! Private lil pool weekend escape. Just what needed!

If you want to watch golfers that is the place to do it. Great communication. Great places for walks. Beautiful!

i will definitely recommend Shelby’s to my friends the next time they are in Washington, Utah. place was super clean and organized. It was nice to be able to relax in the hot after and long day outside. definitely a 10 out of 10 stay.

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing some 3–4 star ratings that don’t reflect how great this place really is. It’s immaculately clean, truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, and you can tell the host takes real pride in keeping it that way. There are both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, plus coffee creamer provided, which was such a thoughtful touch (there’s also tea for those who don’t drink coffee). Everything felt intentional and welcoming. The host is kind, responsive, and clearly wants guests to feel comfortable. I honestly don't understand how anyone could walk away giving fewer than five stars unless they just have unrealistic expectations. Some people seem to expect hotel-level luxury at Airbnb prices, but this place offers exactly what it promises: a spotless, well-equipped, cozy stay run by someone who actually cares. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, pleasant place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was a perfect for cooking meals during our stay. There was also a great vibe throughout the home, with plenty of fun spaces to relax, hang out, and enjoy ourselves. They had candy and a couple of lotto tickets for us which was fun. Whether you're looking for a cozy night in or a spot to entertain, this place has it all. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely stunning. Definition of home away from home, waking up to beautiful view, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Back patio was great, hot tub was perfect for after hike. Not far from both the Grand Canyon or Zion. House was very clean, lots to do, board games, hot tub, barbecue, and even a gaming console. Overall Amazing experience

We loved our stay at the Kanab Pad. Super helpful and friendly host. We had one minor issue that resolved way above our expectations and very quickly. I would love to stay here again.

We had a great 2 day stay. For us it was a jump off for Bryce, Zion, and North Rim visits. All within 1.5 hours. The house was perfect for us. Clean and modern interior with a nice balcony. Jimmy was responsive and down to earth friendly. Located in a rural suburban town, very quite and peaceful. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

This was the best vacation of my life! I absolutely adore the host, Becky, and enjoyed our conversations. I felt right at home. She took the time to make my kids feel welcome. My ten year old son showed off his piano skills for her and we all really connected. The area is gorgeous with beautiful canyons and desert mountains as a backdrop, with the property itself having tons of wildlife and vegetation. It was really special. My kids explored and fell in love with Lily the cat 😺, who is the sweetest cat I've ever met. We took the most beautiful hike up Water Canyon which was only 15 minutes or so away. There were long stretches of time where we were the only ones up there. It was amazing! There is a nice store called Bee's right up the road, so we made most of our food on the gas stove in a cute, flower printed, enamel pan. I want one of my own now! The house has a feeling of peace inside. 20 out of 5 stars! 🤩

They are incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. It was a great place to stay and very clean. The background was beautiful. Glad we booked this while the neighborhood hasn’t fully developed yet. The pool was very cool.
