Holiday rentals with beach access in Hillarys

A fabulous apartment with a super pool. Had everything we needed for a super stay Matthew was a super host, very friendly and flexible

Maria's place was a delight. It is a beautiful lofted space with exquisite plants and furnishings, set in the center of Freo. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

Location is good Able to see Scarborough beach from balcony. We were expecting the hot tub in the apartment facilities, but seem like the building management removed it. Luckily it’s just a 5mins walk to the beach and supermarket. It would be great if there are more floor mats as toilet get wet easily after using shower. TV is super big in living room super cozy sofa. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Fantastic apartment within easy walking distance of all Fremantle has to offer. The apartment is spacious, clean quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay and a thoughtful treat in the fridge. We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.

Candie has been the best host we’ve met so far. Responsive and always pleasant to communicate with. My girls love her space and especially how thoughtfully she designed the house - from twin showers, TVs in each room and the water filter system! It’s well located with loads of cafes downstairs to grab your coffee or desserts! The Fremantle pier is just 10mins stroll away with a kids playground 5mins walk down as well. Every parents dream … Only thing to note is it doesn’t have a lift - so try not to bring heavy luggages for this stop… my poor husband had to pull up our two suitcases 😅… Thanks Candie! Sharon was a great host and her place was great! The kids loved the spacious living area and us adults loved the backyard area where we had drinks in the evening to relax. Overall everything was great, we will love to book her place if we are in the area again.

Great location. A few minor issues on check in, however the host was super responsive. Very clean house and met basic needs for a comfortable stay. Would benefit from some additional cookware, smart TV and/or some shade in the court yard to be able to enjoy the space more. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a lovely stay at Sandra's place in two rocks! The house is clean, walkable to the beach and town and has a great backyard for cornhole. We would stay here again!

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Great location and a very responsive host! The house was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. Communication was quick and easy, which made check-in and our overall stay super smooth. The hot tub was definitely a plus during our winter stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a great stay, family stayed in other Apartments. Walking distance from the main centre of Fremantle. And fish restaurants 5min walk away. Only thing was with the black carpet, just be careful of the 2 steps down from the kitchen. With low lighting when we arrived, it was hard to see the 2 steps. Overall good.

this is a great little spot and amenities. close to train station and a couple of cool little cafes. 10 minute stroll to Port beach...the place is neat and tidy with awesome views at night! cheers

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

A well located and cosy place to stay. Brian and Duern are helpful and friendly hosts who left lots of thoughtful touches in the property to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Fremantle.

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
