Amazing place for anyone who looks for a quiet vacation. The house looks even better than the pictures. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. The house is on the most quiet street in town. Just two minutes walk from the nearest 7 eleven. And about 5 minutes walk from the local foid market. This is a really good deal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet vacation near the swimming pool.

The villa is according to the photos. The place is quiet. The host is really kind and always ready to help us whatever the problem is. Overall, it was incredible vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

All the facilities are brand new, the sofa and bed are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful. The house is located in a quiet, gated community with security. You can also order Grab Food delivered right to the doorstep which is very convenient. Staff come to clean the swimming pool every two days. Fabian coordinates the cleaning schedule well, respecting our privacy. Before our arrival, Fabian sent a video guide on how to find the house, and its location is also easily accessible. He also sent me some restaurant recommendations and that was a very thoughtful touch.

One of the go to place for me and my family when we want to go to Huahin! Very peaceful and relaxing with private pool and very private area. We had a bit of problem entering the house when we arrived but the hosts were very responsive so everything was easy. The only tiny complaint we have is the house had dust everywhere which is not ideal for someone who’s allergic to dust. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

I recently had my first-ever Airbnb stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, Philippe was an incredible host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Philippe's attention to detail was remarkable. What truly made the experience special was Philippe's exceptional hospitality. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. This place is an absolute gem—especially for rescue dogs like ours who really appreciate calm, truly dog-friendly spaces. There’s plenty of green space around the property for sniffing and exploring, and the nearby beach is peaceful and free of soi dogs, which was such a relief. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need. Convenience-wise, there’s a 7-11 near by, and meals are easy to order through Grab. Plus, the well-known Anchor Bar is just a 5-minute stroll down the beach. We’ll definitely be back! xx

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

Nice clean Villa. In a quiet location, but cheap taxis and peds mean you can still reach the main town. Includes a washing machine and very nice, clean salt-water pool. Perfect for those that want a quieter, more private experience compared to the main town. Would overall recommend.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable time. Thanks to the hosts and their team, we immediately felt at home. No matter what, they were always easily reachable and very helpful. They accommodated us with every request, and we developed a very warm and familiar relationship. We will definitely come back!

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at this apartment! The location was really convenient with walking distance to everything we needed like restaurants, minimarts and markets. It’s right there on one of the best beaches in the hua hin region. The swimming pool is clean and very well maintained. The unit itself has a nice view of the pool and beautiful inner garden of the condo complex. It is nicely renovated and fully equipped with everything you need for a long vacation. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to all messages. We will definitely come and stay here again.

Daniel's pool villa was wonderful! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean but most of all, the pool was amazing. A very short walk to the beach and many restaurants. This is a place you can truly relax. My wife and I enjoyed a 3 week stay along with our small dog. The yard is secure so we could let our pup enjoy the yard with no worries. Daniel was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and good places to eat. We highly recommend this property and will stay again!

We feel safe, the property located in a private residence benefits from impeccable supervision and security. The staff is friendly. The house as described. It's beautiful, convenient, and nice The first pool is 100m from the accommodation, the second,larger by the sea. One of the two upper bedrooms overlooks the road, which may be disturbing for some people. We were there for New Year's Eve I guess it was much more lively than usual. Hosts respond quickly, are very friendly and have great tips.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)
