Very nice and comfortable little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, terrace and shared pool. Close to the airport (only 20 minutes). AC has an extra cost of 7 us$ per day. NO TV. No smoking

Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.
