Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

Welcome to Småtasjøveien 71 - a pearl by the sea. The property is idyllically located on Hitra and can be signposted with impeccable sun and view conditions. The property consists of a second home, an outbuilding and an annex. The vacation home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin has been substantially upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Has a swimming pool where you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Coastal cabin with boat and boathouse

Cozy cottage on the Trøndelag coast. The cabin is registered tourist fishing and guests can be taken with 18kg of fish. Experience all the hiking opportunities that exist. We can rent out boat and fishing equipment if desired Please contact us for pricing. Steamed cod only 1 hour after catch is highly recommended. Recipe can be sent. Hiking possibilities: Try a fresh stroll along the cabin roads and along the beach zone. Enjoy the sea and nature. We have 4 permanent deer who are used to being alone and staying very close to people.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 homes close to the sea, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Inlaid water, (not for drinking water) drinking water included at cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Naust with glass doors to the sea, water hose at boathouse, good fishing opportunities. Cabin on Melansjø .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to the jumping lake dock, amazing fishing opportunities in the sea and water. Boat with 5 hp provided. Small with well equipped kitchen, gas and charcoal grill. Swimming opportunities in both the sea and water nearby. We have a cat and a dog who are with us in the cabin. Moisture damage as described in review is not real.
