Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ho Chi Minh City

Kim’s place was wonderful. And Kim was a great host. My wife has extreme dust allergies and the place was rather dusty when we arrived. They sent a cleaner quickly to remedy it. The clothes dryer was also broken when we arrived and replaced the next day. We dealt with a power outage the day before we left that impacted the entire block. Kim responded quickly, kept us updated and sent LED lanterns. The morning we checked out, we lost power again, just our unit. In the confusion we left behind something small and Kim let us know she had it, and mailed it to our next location several hours away. lol and her team were wonderful hosts, the power outages were disappointing but their response was positive. Thanks Kim!

Nhà sạch đẹp, vị trí trung tâm dễ di chuyển, gần các khu vực vui chơi. Host cực kì nhiệt tình và tận tâm. Highly recommend!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Tronibi a été d’une écoute exemplaire tout au long de ma réservation : toujours disponible, extrêmement réactif et bienveillant dans ses échanges. Le service d’entretien est impeccable, et la personne en charge du ménage est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon expérience encore plus agréable. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très plaisant, commerçant et vivant. Je repars ravi et recommande cette location les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour tout !

We had zeroed in on Naomi's place based on the online reviews and photographs of her place. And her reviews don't lie, her place was awesome! It was centrally located and easy to reach from the airport. Naomi was very helpful with her inputs and was immediately responsive to our queries and requests. She let us check in early on our request without batting an eyelids, ensuring that our check in was smooth as cheese. And her place was as good as he online photographs, if not better. All the things were in order, the bathrooms were swanky clean and the bedrooms were cosy. We used her utensils to cook some food, which were convenient to find. And the check out too was as comfortable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all us. Three cheers to Naomi!

좋은위치는 말 할 것도 없으며, 방이 굉장히 청결합니다. 간혹 호치민 숙소에 벌레가 나온다던지 하는 얘기가 많이 보이는데 개미 한 마리 못 봤습니다. 여러 요청사항들을 성실히 수행 해 주셔서 덕분에 행복한 시간 보내다 갑니다 감사합니다

이곳과 이 곳의 호스트는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 주변안내부터 시설 모든것이 깨끗하고 마음에들었습니다

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

숙소가 깔끔하고 조용해서 체류기간동안 즐겁게 잘 쉬었습니다.

房東人很好，協助我們入住，並且詳細說明房內設備。住宿空間很大，很適合多人團體，每個房間都有廁所，不用擔心使用問題。若下次再來胡志明旅遊，會優先選擇再次入住這裡。

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!
