Waterfront holiday rentals in Hòa Vang

All I can say is bravo. Gemma's team was phenomenal - Tam and her husband were extremely helpful at all times. Never had an issue with anything at any time. They allowed me to switch to a more suitable longer-term room a week or so in *and* they accommodated a late flight I had on the day of checkout which was massive. If a chair broke (one was older and heavily used) they immediately brought a new one up for me. They also brought me a microwave to use for the long-term stay. 10/10. I wish I brought her flowers! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (The only 50/50 thing was the condo is a bit far from the inner city/tourist spots BUT it comes with an insane view of the bridge and is fairly quiet and private if that's what you prefer more which I do most days!)

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

3 months Jan-Apr 2025 Really good quality/price ratio. Not luxurious but spacious, everything in working order, stable wifi and a strong ocean breeze almost constantly, being on the north side it's always cooler. The balcony is quite comfortable too and you get a good view of the mountains and the bay nearby (but also a busy road and a big building). I didn't see any gross pest at all, but there was quite a few mosquitoes, better keep the windows shut in the evening. One drawback is that the neighbors would wake me up every morning at 6AM and also if I tried to go to sleep before 11PM. Other times it's pretty quiet though, apart for the church bells around dinner time daily and at 6AM on Sundays. That can really work you up sometimes. And even though you may be able to find everything you need within a walking distance, I think you would require a motorbike to really enjoy staying at this location. Finally, the owner is really kind and accomodating if you need anything. Great stay!

best location in Da Nang!! found we where surrounded by Amazing Restaurants and algreat Nightlife spot!! close to the Dragon bring and the River check in anytime was nice just got little lost on reception at first since we arrived little late in the night.. but signs helped room was clean found the bed little uncomfortable but still had a great night sleep didn't wake up sore bathroom was not 100% clean when we got in but nothing that grossed me out staff where extremely friendly and the cafe on the main floor was soooo good

A large flat, in a new building, well situated, quiet street and many coffe place and restaurant around! Near perfect for this price! We booked an other night for later..

This is definitely your best choice in Da Nang. It's quiet and only a short walk from the city center (cost is very close to nothing whether you book Grab or decide to take a taxi). Cities can be extremely noisy places and quiet is a rarity but this place is perfect. It's in the same building as the Wyndham hotel so the amenities in general are great (several restaurants, rooftop pool, etc.). The view from the rooftop is amazing. The room itself is very comfortable with everything you need plus a great view from the balcony. The host responded very quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely go back there again.

The host was unbelievably accommodating—they kindly let us check in early without any extra charge, which made a huge difference after a long journey. They were always responsive, super helpful with suggestions, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location is superb—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing escape. We’ve stayed at many places, but this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had. If you’re visiting the area, look no further—Wyndham Golden Bay Apartments is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

The home was stunning and was in a convenient location. More than that, Amy made our stay in Hoi An extremely comfortable. She was extremely responsive and was very willing to offer her recommendations as well as additional help when we requested for it. Extremely hospitable service and a beautiful home. Will definitely recommend others going to Hoi An to stay here, for both the place and excellent service!

Deze woning is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, bij aankomst lag er een heerlijke bahn mi voor ons klaar en verse kokosnoten. Overal was aan gedacht en zelfs muggenspray was aanwezig. Heel prettig contact met de host en ook de wasmachine kwam goed van pas. Het nadeel is dat het erg ver van het centrum af zit en het moeilijk te vinden is voor taxi’s. Met de fiets was het ook te ver naar het centrum. En het naastgelegen restaurant heeft zicht op de tuin van de woning, waar het zwembad is. Geen last gehad van het restaurant maar als het daar druk is heb je wel veel minder privacy. Ligbedjes bij het zwembad is misschien nog een fijne toevoeging. Al met al een perfecte woning op een rustige afgelegen plek.

The host is friendly and helpful, with extremely useful local recommendations and always responsive to our questions. This villa is one of a kind, a rather private and remote place which you can enjoy the time with your friends and family exclusively. If you are looking for absolutely serenity, you may have to pay attention to the main road at the entrance of the villa. I just love the swimming pool particularly, which is perfect for day time as well as a night swim! The villa has everything we need for a perfect vacation!

보기보다 훨씬 나은 숙소입니다 다 처음엔 다른 사용자들의 후기가 좋은게 의문이었는데 지내고 보니 그럴만 한 것 같습니다 다 친절한 매니저와 적극적으로 소통하고 빠른 응답이 좋았습니다 다 아침식사와 바베큐 모두 이용한 입장에서 양이 굉장히 많습니다 다 맛있는 음식과 깔끔한 시설 픽업과 드랍도 잘 안내되어 편리하게 이용했습니다

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct!
