She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

Had an amazing stay here, the balcony was perfect for hanging out in groups! Communication was amazing and the host was so helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Great location. Unit was as described. You enter through the barber shop, which was interesting. The first floor was one bedroom that had an attached bath and a lockable door. The second floor was the common area that had a couch and a couple of chairs and a television. Third floor was a second bedroom that was rather large with an attached bath. And the forth floor was a small bedroom. Each bedroom had a balcony, which would have been really nice had it not been so warm out. The bedrooms on the third and 4th floor do not have doors, so not as much privacy. We had two couples and used the first and third floors, so no issue. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

My family stayed here for 3 nights to travel and see G Dragon to Hanoi and this is my review - Minus point: - The alley is a bit small, maybe you will have a little trouble finding the room for the first time - 2 toilets for the house 7-9 people are a bit small + Plus points: Very much +Suitable for family or group of friends,there is 1 master bedroom with private toilet and 1 room of 5 people. +Full as above description can message the host to ask more +All utensils are quite new + The location is quite nice if you go at the weekend because it is right on the walking street and also close to the technology car pick-up point - Total : 10/10 For the price and service everything was as expected from the description

I live in Hanoi, but often stay at different apartments so that I can relax or experience different parts of the city. I have easily stayed in over 50 apartments throughout Hanoi. So, you can believe me when I say: this is one of the best places you can stay in Hanoi. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean, designed well and very comfortable. There is no real view (it faces a building and the ceiling in the upper bedroom is low (I'm 5'5 and I had to duck), but this should not dissuade you as it is a very comfortable apartment. The location is phenomenal: you are one block from the famous Trang Tien street and the lake. There are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. And, the host is phenomenal: she is one of the kindest and most responsive that I've met in Hanoi. I rarely stay in the same place twice, but I will definitely return to this apartment.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We are all girls travelling and I was the first one to arrive. The place was very easy to find although the dark alleyway and stairs surprised me. If you have a large luggage and you’re alone, it might be tricky. The host was responsive and the place was very clean and complete! We used the washer and dryer. Bed was big and comfy. Pillows were so soft!! Overall love our stay. Great location! Near everything!! Although when I first arrived at 11:30 am I didnt get to leave my luggage right away. I’m not sure if communication/language issue or if the key box was just tricky to open! Hahah I stayed at the top of the stairs for 30 mins until 12nn (cus I dont want to go down and up the stairs with my luggage) waiting for the housekeeper and turns out I could just actually open the door and not wait for her since the previous guests already left 😅 But anyway I went back at 2pm and the place was now cleaned and ready! 🤍 I will recommend this place to my friends!!!
