Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

Had a wonderful week in Chinh's home! It is perfect for two guests! We loved the 2 floors, and all the space we needed. The balcony over looks a great part of the city full of life. The location is literally perfect we enjoyed our walks everyday. chinh is probably the most responsive host I've had with great recommendations. We will definitely return

The apartment was great, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Communication and instructions were easy and simple. Very well located. The only thing which was not the apartment’s fault, there’s right behind a night club which we could hear the subwofers very close until 2:30AM.

Nice place, close to everything you’ll want to see in Hanoi. Downstairs there’s a juice and bahn mi shop — perfect for breakfast and late dinner. The host also organized airport pick-up for us, which was great. Overall I recommend

This place is pretty awesome! I stayed at 4.1 and 5.2 rooms. Ngan the host was very accommodating and helpful. They also do laundry here! The rooms are modern, high ceilings makes you not feel cramp, and has a kitchen if you wanted to cook. What I really like is the location. It's perfect if you want to explore Hoan Kiem lake and Old Quarter. There are always people outside because it's by restaurants so you feel safe. The nice finishing touch is you need a card to use the elevators so not anyone can just go to your floor. If you do stay here, make sure to check out The Hanoi Social Club that's just around the corner for some amazing food. Best avocado toast and mango lasso!

The home is worth every penny paid and very good host. Ann accomodated our late check-out out request too and great support and recommendations from her. Location is central in city and more than enough to keep you folks engaged.

The house is located in a quiet place, and the scenery is so nice. And host is really good. If I visit Vietnam I’ll visit this house again.

Ann was a wonderful, communicative host and we really enjoyed our stay in her beautiful, very spacious loft! The space was light and airy, clean and stylishly decorated with art and plants. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size fridge and a large range of kitchenware. It also had a generous supply of essentials, as did the wet-room bathroom. We loved that there was separate washer and dryer, which were both very efficient and dried clothes well. It had excellent air-conditioning, a comfy couch, great wifi and the location was so convenient, with many shops, restaurants and cafes all around. It felt like our own oasis in the middle of bustling Hanoi and we're really grateful to Ann for the chance to stay here!

Quiet location and the street was very peaceful and quiet ! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a spot with a 5-10 minute walk to the lake. Our host was super friendly and even got our of her way to get us a corkscrew when we got our wine ! Overall, a 10/10 :)
