De woning is voorzien van een privéparkeerplaats voor twee auto’s, een afdak voor fietsen dat afgesloten kan worden en een terras met uitzicht over de Bentelose weilanden. Het terras is voorzien van een elektrisch zonnescherm.

The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace has a garden set and an awning. Bicycles can be stored (charged) in a private covered bicycle shed.

The house is built sustainably, it is heated with a heat pump and 48 solar panels.
