Vy's place is a mini-mansion with super high ceilings, stone steps and solid wood banister, a koi pond in a large front garden and balcony on the second floor. Sitting room on the second floor, would be perfect for 2 or 3 families traveling together to have their own space. The location is ideal, couldn't be better, it's in a little neighborhood that has its own shops, mini-mart, restaurants, pharmacy and spas, only a block from the river and the bridge that takes you to the foot of Hoi An Market. The produce market, is alive with activity early in the morning (worth getting up early to see). Across the river from the market is an amazing theater show; luneproduction com. Also, just a few blocks from the house is Memories Island theme park with lots of small productions and the evening finale is the largest live productions I've ever seen; booking hoianmemoriesland com. Vy is very helpful, responsive and attentive; she arranged my driver, even made me some home cooked meals! Book it

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

Vu was mint with communicating as we were running a little bit late but he didn’t hesitate to let me know it was a problem. The fridge was stocked up with water, coke and some beers!! Everything that was listed was correct. However I believe a little air con in the living room/ kitchen wouldn’t go amiss in these summer times. This does not take away how nice and comfortable the place was!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Vu🤝🤝

Okay villa is amazing, the house is unique as is the setting and perfect for a group of friends or a family, as we are. It has loads of restaurants but in a rural setting, chickens and chicks just outside and whilst you walk around the narrow alley’s you see the fishermen fixing their nets and preparing for the night ahead. It is as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main shopping street, where if you wish get Taxis to Hoi A for a very reasonable price. The house is as in the pictures and very clean with a very open feel, which is great from barmy days and nights. The pool is great for an early morning dip or sunset swim. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Quan was very responsive and sorted any issues that we had promptly and was happy to offer advice from local restaurants to tailors in Hoi An. We loved it! Would recommend 100%

We loved our stay in Hoi An! The place is surrounded by beautiful flowers, a lush garden, and lots of trees. The pool was clean and super accessible, and the common kitchen was a great spot to hang out. The home has a unique blend of Italian and Vietnamese style, with lovely wall art and colorful touches throughout that made it feel vibrant and warm. There were cute dogs on the property that greeted us every day, adding to the homey vibe. Right in front is a friendly coffee shop where we got great drinks and local tips. They also rent out motorbikes, bikes, and raincoats, which made exploring easy. The host speaks English well and was always ready to help. Calm, artistic, and full of charm, we’d love to stay here again!

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

AMAZING! The BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The host is so kind and responsive. The place is absolutely beautiful. You can walk right to the beach, and it’s close to great restaurants. The massage place next door is amazing too. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend it more!

HoianOi Villa was amazing! We loved our stay here as our base to explore the beautiful Hoi An. Mai is super helpful and helped us make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property is large, clean and comfortable and we all loved the pool. The walk into town took about 10 mins and was a pleasant stroll along the river. When we were too tired to walk, it’s very easy to get an electric cart to bring us home. We were a group of two families (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Highly recommend.

Amazing Hoi An homestay! The host family is so welcoming and amazing throughout our stay. Our families really hit it off and our son was treated as part of their family and misses his 'sister' so much. The location is right in the historic town of Hoi An in the walking zone not too far from the covered bridge. That puts you right in the heart of town and close to everything you are coming to Hoi An for. At the same it is in the walking zone so it's actually fairly quiet in the day and silent at night. 10-minute walk to the night market and so many bars and restaurants. The host has a cafe that serves great food all day along with drinks, coffee and ice cream. We enjoyed daily! The home has 4 bedrooms, three of them upstairs with 3 full bathrooms (1 downstairs) allowed our family to have their own space as needed. Great living space and kitchen/dining. Cute private courtyard with saunas and soaking tubs w/jets! We have spent 10 nights in this home and look forward to our return!

Wat een heerlijke plek is dit. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons meteen enorm welkom. Hele prettige ambiance, een oase van rust met veel groen en mooi uitzicht. Onze bungalow was ruim en werd elke dag schoon gemaakt. Het ontbijt is gewoon heel erg goed en met erg lekkere koffie, waar het barretje 'Sound of Silence' ook bekend om staat. Je kunt gratis gebruikmaken van fietsen: binnen 10 minuten zit je in het oude centrum van Hoi An. Zou graag een keer terugkomen!

This house was perfect in every way. The rooms were spacious and all with en-suite and the kitchen and eating area was a perfect size for eating and drinking and relaxing. We loved the pool and it ended up being the center of our daily activities. Huge thanks to the property supervisor Minh for his help and assistance and we can’t thank Manh and his family at the restaurant across the road enough as they stocked our fridge with drinks and fresh fruit on arrival. They also made the best coffee and provided the freshest food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) available and all a short walk across the road. All of this provided us with a perfect space to rest, eat, drink and relax. It was a perfect combination and a great place to stay at.
