It is a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station and about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-jo Station on the subway Namboku Line, which is a bit inconvenient, but there are few cars and you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available on the property (reservation required). It is available for 500 yen per day. (This is the parking lot I use. Rokkeian is about 300 m from the ski resort and about 200 m from the hot spring facility, so you can reach them on foot. The hot springs after enjoying winter sports are exceptional. The room is a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and is equipped with a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace, so you can enjoy a barbecue indoors.
