It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

Lovely house high on the mountain with spectacular views of the city of Morungaba. Its location is ideal for those who like privacy and tranquility, while at the same time want proximity to the city. The house offers different experiences throughout the seasons. In the winter, you can enjoy the wood stove for cooking and heating the balcony when friends gather. In the summer, everyone can enjoy the pool and have a barbecue in style. The house is cozy, ventilated and super clean!

Contemporary design in a cinematic location

The house is industrial style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 from Campinas. It has Wi-Fi, hot/cold A/C, 55'' Smart TV, balcony, barbecue and private fire pit. We do not accept pets. On the property, shared with other guests, there is a paved running track, tennis court, heated pool, dry sauna, trampoline and much more. 50 minutes from São Paulo and 25 minutes from Viracopos airport, downtown Campinas, and attractions such as Hopi Hari, the Samambaia site is very cozy, quiet, peaceful and safe. The pool is a delight, with a specific area for young children. The barbecue is integrated into the pool and, completing the leisure area, there is a grassy field prepared for soccer or volleyball, and a lake where you can fish. They are available to make your stay even more special.

Paraíso da Serra

With breathtaking nature, it is the ideal place to have unforgettable moments. We had a kitten in the house, but we took it to Serra Negra, so disregard the positive and negative comments directed at it... The house has a heated swimming pool, which is very warm in the morning. I leave sheets on the beds, bedspreads, and white towels so you don't have to bring them and so you receive them in the best way. Everything to make it a perfect and pleasant stay.

Awesome Waterfront Farm House

Comfortable and spacious farm facing a dam, perfect for relaxing with a barbecue by the pool, practicing water sports, or working in isolation and close to nature with fiber optic internet. It has a swimming pool with a large barbecue place nearby, a mini playground for children, a soccer field, volleyball and “beach tennis” on the grass, an orchard, and two rooms with a large table for meals (one indoor and one on a covered terrace ).
