I have a well kept yet older mobile home nestled on a wooded acre in Navarre, FL. It is a 10min drive to the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is pet friendly and has a fenced yard so you can let your kids and pets roam in a yard full of tall pine and magnolia trees. Many families enjoyed an inexpensive vacation here. Newly built in 2024. Nestled in the woods yet an easy 10 minutes to the beach by car. Private parking, private bathroom, private kitchen, full size appliances, all-in-one washer/dryer, electric adjustable bed with remote, whole house backup generator, plus house is on the Florida Scenic Hiking Trail. This is a duplex so there may be guests staying in the other unit. I also live in the home, but guests will not be bothered and everything is securely locked for maximum privacy.
