Great garden with sun all day. 2 parking spaces in the garage with electric car charger. 6 minutes by bus to Majorstua, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, departure every 15 minutes. Furniture differs somewhat from pictures, as the home has been styled for sale. There are double beds in all four bedrooms

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.
