Richtig schön möbeliert von innen und sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut (direkt an einer MTR Station)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Peng Chau. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous avons seulement eu un petit souci en arrivant car nous nous sommes rendu compte que nous n'avions pas l'étage et le numéro de l'appartement. Le problème a été résolu immédiatement après avoir contacté Alan ! Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Susan's place is ideally located if you would like to stay on HK Island. Easy walking distance to everything in Central and Sheung Wan areas with plenty to do around. Beautiful flat set just next to a wonderful park - with incredible trees just outside the window. I'm a light sleeper so my eye mask came in handy, but the area is quiet at night (which can be rare in HK) I would be very happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything!

it was what we needed in hongkong! great 'home' to come back to everyday. hazel's place was clean and spacious, also loved that we could open the window and was breezy on the days we stayed indoors. hazel had provided us a baby high chair on request which was extremely accommodating and we are absolutely spoilt by that. the neighbourhood was in a wet-market style, absolutely frightening tbh to see live chickens slaughtering. but food was within walking distance, a little hilly tho manageable. the security at the lobby were friendly too! only downside was that the water in the bathroom was a little slow flow, and hazel did offer to come fix it, we were okay with it as we spaced out our showers. however the water heater was quite a nightmare, it was super hot one moment and super cold the next. we never figured it out. overall, the place was clean. the neighbourhood was bustling. the host was responsive and attentive. the amenities were abundant. we loved the home we had in hongkong!

Perfect place for visiting Hong Kong. Temple Street market just on next street, and many restaurants be around. You could find connections easily to everywhere in Hong Kong.

The house has a beautiful view and is very clean and tidy. I absolutely love the decor style. Every day, we enjoyed stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The neighborhood is full of delicious food, and the area is convenient for daily life with great transportation. The host is extremely, extremely friendly—we’ll definitely be back next time!

Grace has been a superb host, accodomating for minor requests and making us feel like home despite being away for a holiday. She was very comminucative and provided accurate and succinct answers to all queries. An excellent host. I would love to stay or rent the place!

Host is super nice, responsive, flexible and accommodating. I would recommend this place if it’s for 2-3 adults on a budget and mostly using the place as a resting spot. I did stay here as 3 adults + 1 baby and it’s a bit too small. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the metro and 5-10mins walk to Mong Kok (no need to take metro). If you want a more spacious place, pretty surrounding area and updated furnishing then this would not work for you.

A comfortable stay in a very convenient place. Literally steps from the MRT and a short ride to Hong Kong island. The building is old, but the residence appears newly renovated. Host quickly responded to my questions. Would stay again.

繁華街の地下鉄の駅のそばにある、とても利便性の高いコンドミニアムです。写真にある通り決して広くはないお部屋ですが、滞在に必要なすべてが揃っていました。滞在者の視点でここまで必要となりえるあらゆるものが取り揃っている体験は初めてで、とても快適でした。私は使いませんでしたが、買い物のためのエコバッグや雨のための傘まで用意があり、滞在を豊かにする細やかな気配りを感じました。清潔さも素晴らしく、特に虫を呼び込まないように、ホストからは適切な指示があり安心しました。次回香港に行く際にも利用したいです🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a generally good stay at this Airbnb in Hong Kong. The location is incredibly convenient—it's just across the street from the MTR and bus stop. It's also very close to Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, and Jordan, all within walking distance (around 10 minutes), which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Most of the essentials were provided, which made our stay comfortable. One small suggestion would be to add a weighing scale, which would be helpful when packing luggage before a flight. The host was very responsive from the beginning. She even made sure we were able to check in before she went to sleep, which we really appreciated. Whenever I had questions about places or directions, he replied quickly and was always helpful. We did experience an unexpected issue one evening. However, the host responded quickly and took immediate action. Thank you again for the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great apartment, great location in HK Island, very cosy place to stay near everything you need to get by. Alessio was a great host and helped me in everything I needed. If I came back to HK this is place I'd stay for sure.

Great spot, and was exactly what I expected from the photos. The bed is firm and super comfortable, towels and linens were fresh but not overly scented. There were a few nights where I could hear neighbours chatting but they always went quiet by bedtime. The room is small, I’m quite tall and had a lot of work gear with me so space took a bit of time to sort out, but Melinda has set up the main wall with a peg board, hangers and moveable shelves which allowed me to organize my stuff. Shower/bathroom very clean, water temperature good and responsive. Nice lighting, air conditioner works great, location was perfect. It felt cozy to be among people who actually live there, not just other tourists. Having that little kitchenette was so handy, and I loved watching pigeons from the window. Would stay there again :)

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

十分推荐的住所，是我会再次选择和推荐给他人的地方。 这个地方离香港大学不远，适合想去香港大学参观的人，地铁站需要走一段，但也不远，不过附近公交站和电车站很多，出行也很方便。 房东会为你准备一个入住指南PPT，有一种被认真对待的感觉，PPT里会为你讲述家里设备使用方法，周边美食推荐以及一些入住要求，简单明了，直接上手。 我觉得最吸引我的就是有种家的感觉吧，从大小到布局和家具选择，像是我在香港这里要打拼一阵子会选择的短期住宿，虽然我只是五一来玩几天的，而且实际入住和图片基本符合一致。 房东也很有礼貌，很好说话，不过由于来的时候属于是香港的工作日，回复不是很及时，和我其他住的地方也有类似到情况，但是已经算回复很快的房东了，如果有急事建议早点与房东沟通。 配备的洗衣机，空调，马桶及淋浴设备都蛮好用的，甚至还有块小显示屏可以使用。唯一不太好的地方就是那个饮水机吧，来的第一晚就发现出故障了，热水冷水都取不了，不过房东有提供另外的热水壶可以使用，虽然我还是更喜欢直接喝冷水。

Christy's apartment is lovely and the immediate complex is very impressive, especially attractive at night. It is a very safe location and very peaceful and quiet. I had a great time there. MTR and all the shops are close-by. I highly recommend

Great value for money in Hong Kong Island! The flat is well furnished, clean and modern. For Hong Kong standards the size is good, even if it might feel a bit small if you're 4 people. The terrace was super nice and the (very necessary) AC worked well. Q was always very communicative, responsive and accommodating. You can reach some of the main touristic points of Hong Kong in very little time but the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Keep in mind it's a flat in a big building and on the first floor, so you might hear the neighbours and some traffic if you're a light sleeper. The sofa bed was a bit hard but the rest of beds were fine. Overall a great option, would recommend!

Zoe was very responsive and accommodating.. She helped us find a place to stay as well as in transferring our luggages to our 2nd accommodation. Place was clean. Very close to MTR, bus stops. Ladies market and sneaker street. We were 6 including 2 senior citizens. Good thing building has a lift and room was just near the elevator. Place is recommended.

Harvey is an excellent host. We felt well looked after, picked us up at the bus stop, showed us around the apartment, and was very accomodating with our three kids (aged 7, 4, 2). The place had two comfy double beds and a single bed, we managed to open our portable cot in the master room, Hong Kong style. There was enough space for the kids to move around, for us to do laundry and watch some Disney. The apartment complex is easy to reach, with a safe short walk (all indoor/ shopping mall) to the MTR station. It also has two play spaces, and a library for free. The gym, pool, and basketball court isn’t free but very convenient and well equipped. I can recommend Harvey and his place to anyone visiting Hong Kong with a family. Space is a premium in Hong Kong, and this apartment is further out, but still easy to get to, and feels very safe for families.

perfecte locatie met een heel mooi zwembad op de 43e verdieping. Bedden zijn voor Europeanen aan de kleine kant. Candice is supergoed bereikbaar en had zelfs op verzoek vanwege verjaardig het appartement prachtig aangekleed

We ( family of 3) stayed at this apartment in Apr and had a very good time. The apartment was near, clean and was very tastefully decorated. The place is located close to the central and has frequent buses going towards it and therefore the commuting part was not much of an issue with the bus stop located a hundred odd metres away and nearest MTR (Wan Chai) being 7-8 mins walk roughly. Vagisha and Lyn were very helpful right from providing tips earlier on before coming to the place and then during our stay the guidance helped us to navigate faster and easily. it was a very homely feeling after being out the day visiting places and coming back to the apartment. Thanks to Vagisha for making our stay comfortable and also Lyn for all the local guidance. Would love to come back and spend more time at leisure.
