Boats & Brews is clean, cozy cottage located on a quiet Lake Granbury canal. Its a quick boatride to the main body of lake and famous Stumpy's. With four bedrooms, it sleeps several couples or a large family comfortably. The backyard is gated with large patio, gas grill, lounge chairs, two fire pits, kayaks, and private boat dock. There is plenty of driveway parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailer. Cottage is a short drive to Historic Granbury Square with unique shops and dining.

An expansive living area is highlighted by large windows offering views of the outdoors. Comfortable seating is arranged around a central wooden coffee table. A textured area rug covers the floor, while ceiling fans and natural light contribute to the bright and open atmosphere.

This beautiful home as it all! Easy access to the 2-story boat dock, with lift and water slide. Boat launch is less than a mile from Casa. Don't feel like cooking and want to explore Historic Granbury, its lively square, fabulous restaurants and shopping It's only 2 miles away. Plenty of covered parking.
