We have been working hard since Hurricane Dorian hit us September 1, 2019 to rebuild our property. We are pleased to announce the opening of both, Gully's Ridge and Gully's Nest as well as the pool. Located on an inlet waterway fed by the Hope Town harbour, the ONLY access to our property is by boat. We are close to the settlement but in a peaceful, private setting. The home features a private dock w/ dingy provided for harbour use, wifi, Streaming TV, A/C, and backup generator power.

This level also includes a guest bedroom w/ two twin beds, & bathroom. On the second level, the master bedroom and bathroom loft can house additional guest with a sleeper chair. For those who love the water, the dock area is ideal for guests renting a boat or bringing their own runabout. Note: the porch is shared.

Cozy, central location w pool access. Sea Biscuit is the guest cottage to SeaBatical. It can be rented w the main house or separate. This listing is for JUST Sea Biscuit by itself. 1 bdrm w a king bed and a living area w a full size pullout sofa. Bunk/pool house can be added for a separate sleeping area but keep in mind that the bathroom in the guest house will still need to be shared. Please inquire for rates to add bunkhouse.
