Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Horst aan de Maas

While Jo was not there Margaret took care of my son and daughter in law and grand daughter very well. The breakfast were huge with a stocked refrigerator and fresh baked bread each morning. The sitting area in the garden was extremely nice and the herb garden was there for us to use! Perfect setting!!!

It was a great stay with Gertie and her husband. We were particularly pleased with their invitation to the Royal Day. Highly recommend.

We were there with the family (6 adults and 4 children) and felt super comfortable. The rooms are simple but cozy, the kitchen well equipped and also everything else we needed. Since it is an old house, you should keep in mind that it is very audible and creaks and squeaks in many places - but that did not bother us further. The outdoor area with the chickens and many vehicles and toys for the children was particularly nice for us. A beautiful forest is directly accessible from the property.

We went to Venray with 9 people in total to spend a lovely weekend in a quite and lovely city in the Netherlands thats why we‘ve had decided to stay in Venray. We even had a parking infront of the airbnb which was great. The airbnb looks exactly like on the pictures and everything was so clean and beautiful decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were the cleanest we‘ve ever seen in an airbnb. The supermarket Albert Heijn was less than 10min by foot which was awesome and the city centre was maybe 15min away by foot. The four of us stayed there for a week with friends and felt very comfortable. The third bedroom served as a suitcase parking space and other things you don't need every day, as the bedrooms are unfortunately a bit small, but cozy and nicely decorated. The living and dining areas, on the other hand, offer a lot of space, especially the dining table is great for eating together and hosting game evenings. We particularly enjoyed the fenced property, as we traveled with a dog and didn't have to worry that he could leave. It is a super nice environment and a very calm area.

It is a nice cottage near the forest. Really everything is present in cottage. And it was particularly clean when we arrived. Good beds, lovely blankets and nice pillows. It is a fairly dark cottage, but that is well solved by multiple lamps and mood lighting in the room.

A wonderful peaceful place at a large holiday park with many amenities. It is nice that you can use the facilities at the park. The cottage is more beautiful in real life than on the photos (August 2023). The garden has a lawn and there is a lot of planting, you look down on the forest from the cottage. (Really a vacation feeling!) It was very nice that the dog was allowed to come, the forest is close by and there is an opportunity for the dog to swim in the swimming pond. (Our dog really enjoyed it). A few minor downsides but not disturbing for us; multiple blinds didn't work well/even broken in the bedroom, handles from the cupboard broken. Remember to bring toilet rolls/dish soap, etc., as these are not present in the cottage. For the coffee lovers; there is a filter coffee machine available, bring your own the filters and coffee!) We did find the price on the high side; but it is high season now and you can use the facilities at the park.

We were very happy with the place. Everything has been thought of to make you feel comfortable. Thank you very much for the wine and the little things for the children. It was a very nice stay. Everything looked like the pictures, everything sparkling clean, beautiful bed linen, smart TV, air conditioning. We will be happy to come back :)

The accommodation with this huge garden is a dream for a holiday with a dog. The garden is fenced high enough that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend. You have absolute peace, the neighbors are far enough away. Just after the drive along the unpaved road through the forest, you are in the middle of the holiday atmosphere. Then there is this beautiful large pool, the heated Jacuzzi, the hammock between the trees, the tree swing, .... What else could you ask for? It's not without reason that this accommodation is fully booked. The area has a lot to offer for nature lovers. Lake Leuk offers all kinds of water sports and fishing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

The house is very nice at the end of the park, quiet location. You can hear birds and the cottage is super cozy. The doors can be opened wide to enjoy the natural feeling. The navigation gave us a different route, but we had to drive through to the park's flags. At the park reception, you pick up the key and return it. It's a nice cottage.

Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

Had a very pleasant stay

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also do not find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but on the whole the location is recommended. There is a lot to experience in the area, especially for children.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space for everyone. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. Lovely grounds with trampoline, bbq, ping pong, outdoor seating and everything you can think of needing. It's in a rural area but close to town so you feel like you are secluded. Town was a 5 min drive. The were very responsive to our needs and we fantastic to work with as we had some special requests. I highly recommend this property.

The stay was great all around! The contact was very nice and friendly, you felt welcome right away. It was especially great that you had your privacy and everything was very straightforward. The check-in was totally flexible due to the key box, we arrived a little later because we were still traveling during the day, and that was no problem at all. I would stay here again anytime I am in the area anytime. Thank You!

Very nice and cozy apartment to stay in. In terms of location, it was close to the forest, which was ideal, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The contact with Linda was very nice, so all in all we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the stay - Marleen and Leon were super helpful. The accommodation was peaceful & well equipped. We felt right at home!

We have enjoyed our holiday here very much. The area is incredibly beautiful and the cottage has everything you need. It is located in the garden of the owners, yet it is very private. That garden is beautiful, by the way! More than enough eateries nearby, but especially enjoy the nature. We have already excited our parents to come and visit. Thanks for a great stay!
