In the bathroom, you will find a jacuzzi with chromotherapy, a high-pressure shower, and a sink with central heating. It also features towel racks and an Alexa device so you can enjoy your favorite music while relaxing in the tub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffee maker, sandwich press, and a water filter. To ensure you have everything you need for a perfect stay, I have provided premium glassware and cutlery imported from the USA. From the balcony, you can soak in the vibrant downtown atmosphere with a view of the local mall, located less than 200 meters away. Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool, which offers a family-friendly environment and stunning city views. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can always spend time in the ground-floor games room.

Location with everything you need nearby, even a Smart Fit. Check-out at noon. A half-day fee will be charged after that, with a limit of 11 pm. No visitors allowed!
