Our minimalistic yet modern and comfortable rooms provide the best accommodation and experience to all our guests both local and foreign. The hotel property is very close to law offices, government offices, hospitals, medical clinics, laboratories, schools, fast food chains, and restaurants. Nearest landmarks include Cebu Doctors University Hospital, and the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

Located right in the city center, Rublin Hotel is also very accessible to the Airport, Seaports, malls and, tourist locations via taxi or private transfer. You'll be right where you need to be in no time! In-room massages are
