Bed & Breakfast Pergamo is a 100 year old converted bulb shed. Our location is unique, in the middle of the bulb fields with Keukenhof at 5 minutes distance.

The space
Imagine yourself in a beautiful green forest. Enjoy the peace and quiet around you. The birds singing, rustling leaves and the smell of wood. Welcome to the Forest room.

The Forest Room is the only room with a private patio, to sit outside. Spacious room of 27m2. You sleep in a large comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200cm). In addition, you have the luxury to choose from a hard or soft pillow and a 1- or 2-person duvet.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or you can put your own cold drinks in the fridge. The flat screen TV is 180 degrees rotatable, so you can watch your favorite movie or series from the bed or the sitting area.

For the business guest we have a desk to work on and of course fast wifi connection.

Our wellness in the garden has a sauna, infra-red sauna, and hot tub. This room includes use of the wellness between 10.00 and 13.00. Bathrobe, hammam towel and bath slippers are ready to use.

The price for the Forestroom includes breakfast.

Each room has the wellness 3 hours private.

Who are we?

We are Michiel and Maryse Klaver. Our work experience lies in banking, flex-employment and hospitality, but after an unforgettable weekend in June we have changed course.

In that weekend on June 24, 2017 we married at a beautiful castle in Belgium in the presence of family and friends. It were fantastic days and all guests enjoyed the surroundings and the location. Inspired and enthusiastic, we came up with the idea to start a Bed & Breakfast and to make our dream come true.

On our honeymoon through Japan our ideas took shape.  We started looking for a suitable location and were immediately in love with the bulb shed in Voorhout, close to the Keukenhof. A beautiful place to realize our dream. In the middle of the region where we both grew up.  

In its 100 years of existence, the building not only served to store and dry bulbs, but later also as a stable and quite recently as a cattery. So it was clear that a big renovation was necessary. This work is mostly done by ourselves and so we came up with fun, creative ideas and solutions. This makes the B&B just that little bit different... with special details matching the themes of the rooms and the character of the bulb shed.  

Together and in this unique place, we make your stay unforgettable!
