Some info has been automatically translated.
We are in the countryside, in the middle of the woods of Lunigiana, 350 meters above sea level, ten minutes from the highway (Pontremoli). The hospitality is simple but friendly and inexpensive: a great opportunity for a few days of relaxation or to make "base" visiting our valley. Guests of the B&B are available to guests who request it at least the day before the opportunity to have lunch or dinner in a friendly environment with the specialties of the area and our Genoese origins.

Neighbourhood highlights

Gavedo is a small village, a hamlet of the municipality of Mulazzo, with a noble and rich history but almost forgotten now. It is located at 350 meters above sea level, immersed in forests of beeches, acacias, chestnut trees and oaks that make up the Lunigianese jungles where, although few know it, you can find specimens of truffles and mushrooms and wildlife that is regaining its natural spaces and it is not uncommon to observe different raptors such as the peregrine falcon, the kestrel, the owl, the barbagianni, the owl and the talc. And then the ghiro, the squirrel, the hare, the roe deer, the wild boar, the fox, the faina, the donkey, the islander, the marten and the badger. Among the steep peaks of Parco dell 'Apennino Tosco-Emiliano there is also the muflone, an imported breed. Even the wolf, in the most remote areas, and the golden eagle.
And there is no shortage of evidence of human presence since prehistoric times and of art and architecture in the parishes and numerous castles, some that can be visited, and in the many museums.

During your stay

We are happy to offer the widest availability to meet the needs and desires of guests, whether it is planning visits or excursions, various activities (horseback riding, castles, historic homes, spas, local parties) or to organize a convivial evening in the Osteria (to enjoy the specialties of local and Ligurian cuisine, but also to have fun with a "dinner with a crime" or, perhaps for the most young, with some board games) The only prayer is to give us advance notice as far in advance as possible so that we can offer the best experience. In the cold period (approximately from October to April, a share for heating is included in the price, it has become necessary due to the heavy prices in place: we apologize.) - The Municipality has established a tourist tax of 1 euro for each day, up to a maximum of five days. The payment is to be made in cash directly at the B&B. A receipt is issued as per the municipal provisions.
