Set back from the beach you can hear the crash of waves, enjoy early morning walks, watch the boats and enjoy an end of day sundowner or bbq from the balcony. A 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, trails for hiking and running on your doorstep and on the MyCiti bus route. You can't get a better location than this in Hout Bay.

Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep.
