Sea Holly cottage is located 2 minutes walk from the 6km long, white sands of Noordhoek beach on the Cape Peninsula, and within 2km of a range of acclaimed pubs and restaurants. Cape Town city centre, with its renowned V&A Waterfront, shops, theatres and Table Mountain cableway is a mere 45 minute drive away, while the multiple attractions of the southern peninsula such as Boulders Beach penguins, historic Simon's Town and the Cape Point National Park all lie within a scenic one hour drive.

Windsor House, recently restored by Genevieve and Peter, on the first floor of the building, is an exquisite 19th century apartment situated in the absolute heart of Kalk Bay village, overlooking the lively and historic Kalk Bay Harbour.
