Ben je op zoek naar een rustig en goed uitgerust plekje om optimaal te onstpannen dan is ons huis het plekje dat je zoekt! Het huis ligt in resort Houttuin, Wanica, tussen Paramaribo en 'Para' in. Dicht bij de stad, maar verre van stedelijk. Servicekosten zijn inc. handdoeken en beddengoed. Bij langer verblijf kan per week een wissel en schoonmaak afgesproken worden. Feb. 2025 is badkamer 1 opgeknapt, de huiskamer afgeschilderd en is de keuken voorzien van nieuwe lamellen.

This is a place where you can enjoy in peace. You have your own cottage with a king size bed, sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. You have a balcony at the front overlooking the garden and across the street Peperpot Nature Park. At the back, you overlook the Suriname River. If you would like more information, please contact us. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to the location on the water, we do not consider the location suitable for children.

On 3000 m2 of private land, there is plenty of movement possible and yet private, should you wish to withdraw. Ground floor: Furnished 3-room apartment, all facilities available. (hot/cold water, air conditioning, shower and toilet, kitchen with appliances, WiFi, TV)

The villa has 4 bedrooms with enough wooden beds, of which a master room is a walk-in room, 2 bathrooms, a loft in the house, a spacious garage with outdoor kitchen. No smoking in the villa and pets are not allowed. The grounds are tiled and partly artificial grass. Not to mention a swimming pool for cooling off.
