Mountain area with fishing spots and many hiking opportunities. Stairs/car road from the industrial place and up in the mountains. Badekai by the house, small bathing bay by boatmolo and beach 10 min away by car. Fishing opportunity from the dock at the house Tall mountains on all sides for those who enjoy extreme sports. Proximity to THE arch that lends leisure equipment (Norwegian citizens)

Cabin in Ortnevik

Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

Eldre tømmerhus leigest ut. Huset høyrer til ein gard der det drivest med mjølkekyr. Fin plass om du ønsker rolege omgivelser med mykje fin natur. Fin utsikt over Sognefjorden med bratte fjell frå alle kantar. Huset har fint uteområde med god plass. 10 minutt til nærmaste nærbutikk. Døgnåpen butikk, også helg og raude dager: 07:00-23:00-17:00.Arnafjord er ei lita bygd som ligg 2,7 mil frå Vik i Sogn. Her er det mange gode turmoglegheiter. Det er også fine badeplassar om sommaren.

Please note, this place is in the mountains 620meter above sea level, you must be dressed for the Norwegian mountain, car must be able to drive the gravel road to cabin. We are now at a time where you must check the weather forecast prior to ordering.

Cabin in beautiful Måren overlooking the Sognefjord

My cabin can be found in Høyanger municipality, in the small village of Måren. To get to Måren you have to take a ferry (MS Lysefjord) from Nordeide, Ortnevik or Vik. There are no shops or kiosks in Måren, so you need to plan well with regard to food and other things you would need during your stay. In other words, you have to shop everything you need before traveling over with the ferry. The cabin is fully equipped and has everything you need for a nice stay.

Large villa by the Sognefjord

Great house, with plenty of space :) Beautiful surroundings, we rented both kayak, sup and sauna - recommended! Not far to go down to the sea, we had a fantastic weekend here. The hosts were super nice and respond quickly :)

Great place and an experience in itself, because what we didn't know: the place is only accessible by boat. After not looking badly when we got there, we were greeted by super friendly hosts (who even speak German). The cabin right on the fjord is simply a dream and recommended for anyone who wants to retreat or like to fish (the neighbors did this every day). All in all, after the first surprise, but a great experience and we would love to do it again:) Before I forget: the Wi-Fi is also great, we could just work here for two in the mobile office.

I spontaneously decided to stay at Geir's place for 2 nights after being back from a multi-day hike earlier than I expected. Communication with the host was very easy. Geir is an extremely friendly and helpful host. He lives within sight of his picturesque courtyard, where I was also allowed to help myself with the fruit. He has lots of tips and helped me buy the fishing card. The valley where the farm of Geir is located and the property is a small paradise, well-maintained by Geir and surrounded by impressive mountains from the waterfalls. The host is not intrusive, but likes to tell you a lot of interesting things about the farm, its history, the local fish farm and fishing in the regional waters. As soon as I get back to the Norwegian area, I'd love to come back. It was just excellent.

The cabin is one of 3 cabins of Eldar. Very cozy and very clean. We were only there for a short time and had a really nice time. For longer than 2 nights the cabin would be too small for 5 people, but we knew that and it was not an issue. The area is great too. Highly recommend overall. Eldar was also always immediately accessible and very nice!

We are very enthusiastic. Had a very nice time at Inge and evy. Very very nice people. We can really recommend everyone to spend their Norway vacation there. There was plenty of fish, the weather was okay and the fjord landscape is a dream. We will be happy to come back.

Evy Otterskred' place is really nice. Impressive worked up and a pearl in Arnafjord, in from the Sognefjord. Evy is a very nice and professional hostess! The place is recommended for those who want a quiet and peaceful setting.
