There is a parking space in the villa, a huge garden space, tall coconut trees with green plants, swing chairs and sun chairs in the pool area. The villa also has a dedicated BBQ area and outdoor leisure facilities. Saltwater circulation system 4 * 8m large swimming pool. The indoor living room is oversized, with a ceiling height of 3.3m, 200° wide-angle floor-to-ceiling windows, clear and bright views, simple and comfortable. All three terraced bedrooms have pool and garden views. All three bedrooms have 1.8m king size beds, two of which are connected family suites, perfect for large families. There is a small supermarket 100m from the entrance of the neighborhood, 7-Eleven convenience store and Thai local CJ supermarket within 400m, as well as local vegetable market. 4-5 minutes drive to two major shopping malls: Market Village and Blueport Mall, and Hua Hin's best private hospital, Bangkok Hospital. 5 minutes drive to the beach and weekend night market, 2 minutes to Vana Nava Water Park. There are plenty of massage shops around, restaurants to choose from, and taxi stops 500m away.
