All on the ground floor, there is no need to climb stairs. Single entrance and garden exit from the terrace. This season we will pay special attention to the appearance, cleanliness in the apartment and health security against the coronavirus. Detached villa with three bedrooms and a private swimming pool in the countryside between the olive groves. All comforts and coziness are close by in the village of Beas. With a 30-minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. For now, the house is rented to 4 people. The two beds in the small bedroom are officially too small to be rented.

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
