Really good location. Near malls, highways, beaches and restaurants. Private entrance, parking space and WiFi. Space is for one or two people. A calm neighborhood with safety cameras. Apartment have two burner stove, mini fridge, AC, TV, Netflix, extintor, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooler, beach bag, Floatings, Snorkel gears and more! Breakfast (optional). We provided you an Inflatable Paddleboard with two life jackets. (Request the Paddleboard)

El Campito - Humacao has Solar Panels backup power

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

This house was PERFECT. Inside a gated community and a very short walk from the beach. There is a a town with the basic necessities 10 min away but the house alone could be a trip itself. Would easily come back here again.

This was definitely a great place! He was súper responsive and helpful. The neighborhood and nearby beach access is dreamy! Mind you, we stayed during weekdays and it was always empty . Only advice would be to add to the listing anything that requires an additional payment to be available in the house (access to BBQ Grill). Price is right and the property is very nice. This is a timing issue (April 2024 stay) and out of his hands, but they are building similar properties next door so that may mess up the view temporarily and construction noises during the day. I would definitely consider staying there again.
