Our cozy little cabin for couples is rich with opportunities to enjoy the outdoors an take a vacation from life in Romania's beautiful Carpathian Mountains. 30 min from Muntele Mic ski resort, and situated beside a rippling mountain stream. Enjoy a great selection of local authentic restaurants in town close by. And maybe... if you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of the local wildlife that is roaming the forest around the cabin, and certainly enjoy the many wild birds flitting around the cabin.

SkyhighRetezat is located in the Retezat National Park in Tara Hategului. You are in the middle of mother nature at the base of the Retezat mountains. Relax at this peacefully unique and remote place. You can visit all kinds of attraction points like castles, ruins, monasteries, lakes, you can do bike, atv trips and of course mountain trips! It is a secluded location from towns and villages, but not a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy loft bedroom accessed by a wooden ladder, with one double bed and two single beds. Car access is possible on or near the property, depending on ground clearance. Nearby lakes are great for relaxing, swimming, or paddle boarding, jacuzii, caiac, inflatable child slide available for rent.
