Hang out in the game room (detached from home) with pool table, dart board and two sofa beds . Cast a line off the private dock or use the two paddle boards and one kayak provided.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Explore the lake with kayaks, 140 feet of shoreline and a 100 foot fishing pier. We are on wide open water, and there is no road between our huge yard and gorgeous Lake Tawakoni.
