This vacation home is hand-decorated and managed by my mom, who resembles nature. We created a space for emptying and filling with a large front yard, a two-story house, a barbecue, and a garden. Please feel free to stop by if you want to imagine the scent of a stream, the voice of pine trees, and the color of relaxation in the four seasons. You will have all the facilities all to yourself. Our house has great views of Mt. Mindong and good air. Every time you change your bedsheet, there's a clean linen and a large window in front of you with a great view of the seasons. It's a great place for couples and families to take a quiet stroll, read and relax, see galaxies that can't be seen in the city at night, especially with an astronomical telescope to watch the stars, and hear interesting commentaries from hosts. Also, during the summer months, you can enjoy a barbecue by picking up your own savoury vegetables in the vinyl house behind the house, and for those who want to have breakfast, we offer delicious home-cooked white flakes made from home-made ingredients at a low cost.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house. We hope you will experience the past and the present during your stay at ’Golmalga'.

It is about 15 minutes by car from Gangneung Station and is very close to Anmok Beach, which is famous for its coffee street. There is a beach and pine forest right in front of the accommodation, so you can take a walk while enjoying the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening.
