The ceilings, floors, doors, and windows show their age. Small insects may occasionally appear. If you want a new hotel or modern stay, this isn’t the right place. Fresh bedding is provided for every guest. Located in a quiet local neighborhood, 1 minute from Jungang Market and 10–15 minutes from major attractions.

엘 한옥스테이는 2022년에 5월에 1975년 고택을 매입하여 1년 동안의 리모델링 공사기간을 거쳐 2023년 4월에 오픈한 한옥 독채 게스트하우스로 신축하였습니다. 한옥의 멋을 더하면서 현대적인 편리함을 더 할려고 노력하였으며, 유럽풍을 가미하며서 다채로움을 주려고 하였습니다. 황리단길 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대릉원(천마총), 첨성대, 동궁과 월지등 경주 관광명소를 도로에 다닐 수 있는 위치와 바로 옆에 황리단길 음식점 (청온채 옆)과 카페(올리브)등 주변에 있습니다. 한옥내 자쿠지 사용은 유료로 이용가능합니다. 유료이용시 한국돈으로 30,000원입니다.

저의 숙소는 오랫동안 저희가 생활하던곳으로 최근 주인인 제 손으로 직접 업자를 통하지 않고 손수 1년반을 작업하여 개축하였습니다. 저희 숙소는 경주에서 가장 중심에 위치하며 연중 관광객으로 붐비는 황리단길 중심에 위치 하며 앞으로는 과학발명관 뒤로는 황남관과 맞닿아 있습니다.건평 약 45평 대지 약100여평으로 주차자은2대이지만 붙어있는 유료주차장까지 사용할수 있어서 많은주차가 가능합니다. 실내와 실외에 여러 편의 시설을 제공합니다. 최대 10인까지 이용가능합니다. 황리단길 안에 위치하고 있으며, 주변에 편의점과 식당, 선술집등이 분포하고 있습니다.
