Charming red cottage in the countryside

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful environment and charming cottage of about 60 m2. Kitchen and bathroom as well as bedrooms were renovated about 8 years ago. Tiled stove in the TV room that warms well. Firewood included. Wood stove in the kitchen that can be used for cooking. Tiled stove in the bedroom only as decoration. About 10 km to a lovely lake with a swimming jetty and 30 km to Gekås. About 12 km to Rydö golf. 70 km to Isaberg. Sheets, duvet covers, towels are not included. Cleaning is not included. We live in the house next door but do not have windows facing the cabin.

On the property, there is a barbecue hut that you are welcome to use. Surroundings are forest and nature with proximity to, among other things, a nice golf course (Rydö GK, 5 km) and the luxury restaurant Knystaforsen. Sea bathing and shopping in Halmstad and Tylösand are only 50 km away. It is the same distance to Ullared with the GeKås department store.

Skog Fegen, near Ullared

Skog is a property in the middle of beautiful nature near the community of Fegen - a well-known nature and recreation area. The property was built in 2022. The property is located near Ullared. The property has four rooms, of which three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. There are sleeping places for 10 adults and two small children. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with shower, one with washing machine. Large terrace with access to barbecue Charging station for electric cars (22 kWh).

Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Welcome! In this cozy cottage you will find an amazing nature and green lush surroundings. The house is located next to a lake that is great to swim and fish in. Bohult 101 has a lovely lake plot with space for play, swimming and a boat to borrow for free. Enjoy the tranquility and tranquility along with the beautiful view of the lake which is almost magical, especially at sunset. Read a book down by the lake or take a lovely romantic evening swim in the hot tub to the idyllic sunset.

A strawberry place with nature right at your fingertips! The small cottage dating back to the 19th century is located in the middle of a beech grove between Lake Bolmen and Unnen. There are endless possibilities for wonderful forest walks, fishing trips, bike rides, swimming or why not read a book in front of the fire and enjoy the quiet. The cottage is located only 2.5-3 hours from Copenhagen via the Öresund Bridge and an hour from the terminal in Halmstad for the ferry from Grenå.

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Only 2hrs and 45 min. by car from Copenhagen Denmark. STENA LINA nice Ferries from GRENÅ, DK- Halmstad, SE - from the German border Krusaa to Grenå by car is aprox. 2 hrs 30 min. Crossing Time 2hr. 30 min.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
