Holiday rentals with beach access in Iba

The place was exactly described-clean, and cozu. The bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was great, quiet and safe. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and accomodating throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesistate to book this place again in the future.

I highly recommend this place! Especially if you want to relax. Far left and right videoke. Just 5mins walk from sea. The staff is nice and they will find ways if you're missing something. We were lent a cooler since we had a lot of ice needed. The air conditioning from bedroom to living room was cold. The kitchenware is complete. From plates to sauce! The transaction was just smooth and onwer was responsive.

We had a great stay! All the needs of our group of 6 were met, everything was well-prepared, and we truly appreciated the extra touch of providing charcoal for our barbecue night and having drinking water available upon arrival was truly amazing. The place is definitely worth the price, offering great value and comfort. This property is now our top-of-mind option whenever we're planning a trip to Zambales. We'd absolutely recommend it to our friends and look forward to staying here again!

Kuya is very helpful, he sent instructions to the place that was easy to follow. Place is near sari sari-store and coffee shop. Walkable to the beach. There was some brown out but the place had a generator. Signal is weak but there is available wifi.

The place was exactly like the photos. It was very clean, 2mins walk to the beach, the sand was so fine you can walk berefooted there! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. The pool was huge and clean🥰. Ms Eleazar, her mom and the caretakers were very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to my messages and they are so kind! Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet and peaceful place to go to. away from the City, with beautiful scenery and friendly people. We'd love to come back again if given the chance❤️🤗🥰 THANK YOU Ms. Eleazar for hosting us! We had a blast vacationing there. You made my mom happy too. She finally got to go to the beach again @80 yrs old.

place was clean and had a nice view of the beach on the roof top. the room was exactly how it was shown on the picture. you'll also have privacy since you're on the top floor. so even when you have shared space you have your own balcony/deck. kitchen was spacious. it's just a bit tricky to cook when there are strong winds because it was an open space. Ate abii the caretaker was also very accomodating and welcoming. she even shared some spots that we can visit again the next time we visit.

Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

The house is big and spacious. The place is safe. Ate Susan is very accommodating. Everything you need is there in the house. It's also close to the beach. Will definitely come back.

We don’t often get the chance to be together as a family. Our schedules barely line up, so this trip meant a lot to us. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words how much we loved it there. Boza Villas didn’t feel like a rental. it felt like a secret place we got lucky enough to find. I know every guest comes in with different standards and expectations, especially with a new listing like this, but for us, this wasn’t just a beautiful place. It had heart. From the moment we checked in, the whole Boza team was in full coordination to make sure nothing got in the way of our experience. And we saw those efforts. Everyone responded according to their roles. Special shoutout to Kuya Larry and the housekeeping peeps for extending their help during our stay. Christopher was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, which we truly appreciated. TAV was exactly as described, very cozy, spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom which had a superb interior. The kitchenware was perfect for celebrating our mom’s birthday, dinnerware was complete, with plenty of high-quality plates and various types of glasses. Everything we needed was available. The caretaker was also very helpful and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Very accommodating, kind & proactive staff, complete dining and kitchen tools. Very clean and the place is the same as the photos with less than a minute walk to the beach. If you have kids like us, bring board games and toys as there’s weak to no signal for Data and their internet provider is down. They have tons of door mats but would be nice if aside from their mop.. they would have rags too to wipe the wet floors. :) Overall, highly recommended and we really had fun. This was our first outing as a family and thank you for this wonderful experience🫶

Maam Melissa is very responsive and the caretaker is also hands on. The place is just right for us. We only have issue with the bathroom since the water is slow and super hot inside. But overall, this place is recommended.
