Booked this apartment for a weekend trip to celebrate both mine and my partner’s birthday, and it was a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great walkable location. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook when we wanted to and when we didn’t, we just drove to one of the 2 restaurants at the resort. The host was incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions almost instantly. A lovely surprise was the flowers waiting for us upon arrival—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were very people with the home. The home was beautiful, look liked the pictures on the website. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman at the house was very helpful and polite... Overall it was a memorable stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Nigeria or in Nigeria. Thank you were very pleased...

Would I stay again? Abso-definitely. My Gen Z sister says every corner is Insta gold—post from 3 spots and folks will think you’re on a luxury tour. It’s giving rich auntie energy. Perfect for families or friends who love each other, but also love space. Gorgeous bi-level setup: downstairs has an ensuite bedroom (mobility-friendly!), chic living room, full kitchen, and a half bath. Upstairs: a second lounge/game room, balcony, and 3 bedrooms—but only 2 are guest-accessible. Each room has a tv+ the 2 lounge room. A balcony on the second floor for early morning coffee sips! Master bed is an art work! Period. purrr🤣 There’s a cute “garden” I didn’t use but next time🤞 Kitchen has “all” appliances - no joke! Wifi speed is off the chart and water is clean!!! On-site manager. Helpful but low-key like Houdini- you only see him when you need him. CCTV on site. Had a small issue, and the host checked footage before calling - appreciated! (Felt safe, high tech and Nigerian auntie vibes)

The home is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures! Lakowe Lakes is such a beautiful location and it is Private indeed. I think it’s really good if you want to have a peaceful getaway weekend in a beautiful space. Due to its privacy, it is a little “off the beaten path,” and I’d recommend making sure you bring enough food with you, and/or plan on cooking while you are there because there is not a lot of commerce in the immediate surroundings. I especially loved the host’s responsiveness and the on-site supervisor who was very helpful with any questions we had. I really wish I could’ve spent more time in the serene surroundings. I’m very thankful for the time that I was able to have in this beautiful home!
