Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Iberia Parish

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been more pleased. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a quick getaway or overnight stop.

My husband and I had a wonderful time walking around on the grounds and the mansion as well. We would definitely stay here again! This place did not disappoint!!!! The grounds keeper Jarrod was so nice and helpful. He recommended places for us to eat. We took him up on all the recommendations and the food was very good. The pictures really don't give this place justice. The house was well stocked of necessities and let me just say, it was not the cheap stuff. Such a nice place to just relax and unwind. Hope to go back one day.

Renting from Maria is great. She was quick to respond to any messages. The house is in a great location; there is a short drive to many stores in Broussard and Lafayette. I did take advice from another review to put table cloths over the windows for more privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and I would rent from Maria again. Thank you!

This house was spanking brand new. Spotless. Fresh. Clean. And omg that bed was everything. I did not want to get up. Host was very responsive. Love the location. Will utilize this space again

Walking through the door of this house after being utterly exhausted from travel was the most relieving and comforting feeling. Southern hospitality is alive and well here! The entire house was perfectly appointed. The beds were all comfy, but the master bed was so darn nice, that it was better than my bed at home! The fire pit was a magical memory for the kids. (Fireflies were even with us!) The backyard vibes are peaceful and private. The host (Monty) is so sweet and caring. I like to try new places, but next time we are in town we will probably return here because this is a rental that feel likes home and is everything my family needs. Thanks for hosting us with such a welcoming heart!

This spot was perfect for us - family of adults with children - to visit with family in New Iberia that live about a block from this Airbnb. There were enough private spaces for each of us to have our own rooms, the beds were comfy enough, and the space was just as described. That said, Center St is loud - cars with loud stereo systems, the train runs several times a day, and there are some interesting characters around. It was fine for us, because our family lives down the road, but just a PSA for anyone that might not need to stay in downtown New Iberia. Lane was a great host, very helpful and responsive. The AC seems a bit weak, and that’s speaking for December in Louisiana. I’d be hesitant about how well it can cool off the place during the summer. It seemed like the temp on the thermostat wasn’t accurate to what it felt like in the place. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood. The beds were all comfortable and the house was a great place to have family congregate. We felt right at home and would stay again when back in the area. The host was so nice and helpful with all my questions. Top notch

Lane was a great host! I came in town for a volleyball tournament with 5 players and the space was perfect for us. Lane was super accommodating with our check in and check out requests. We really couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! Everything was clean and as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone!

This place is amazing and very beautiful. To say I needed a one day get away from stress of planning my dad’s funeral this was the place. Relaxing, quiet, and peaceful. The place is a must try and I will definitely be back.

We rented both Bayou Chateau snd Chateau Royale. It was perfect for our family. We had other family members to visit and the outdoor deck space was great for entertaining. Both rentals have very unique decor and they were both furnished with everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly to all correspondence. The children enjoyed the fire pit and fishing in the bayou. We would definitely rent again!

Very relaxing and peaceful stay right along the bayou. We loved the character and decor of the space. The hot tub and the dock outside were nice amenities. Beds were super comfortable and there is an oversized claw foot tub and plenty of hot water. Pet friendly and plenty of room for dogs to run. A couple of drawbacks to consider…the AC generally works well, but the bathroom does get uncomfortably hot in the afternoon and early evening. Additionally, the wifi wasn’t the strongest. Finally, it is very much an old barn and not all the doors and windows seal well, so you may get a couple of 6 or 8-legged visitors during your stay. Par for the course in rural Louisiana, but good for anyone squeamish to be aware of. Overall a great spot and would stay again.

We had a WONDERFUL stay here. Our families got to stay together as there are two cabins on the same property. Drinking coffee in the hot tub was a highlight for the adults. The kids loved feeding minnows in the pond and exploring the woods. Most importantly my dogs loved running on the land.

This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!
