Chalet holiday rentals in Iberian Peninsula

Passing through for 2 days, we discovered a peaceful place in the middle of nature, tastefully decorated. Very quiet place, superb landscape when opening the curtains. What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful scenery and a fabulous home. My family and I met for a family union and we all felt right at home immediately. From check in to leaving we had great communication with Amparo and nothing was ever too much trouble. We all said we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Amparo for making our family so welcome and being on hand when we needed advice or assistance.

We spent 4 nights in Bertrand's home. The place matches the description in every way and the view is even more beautiful than you can imagine. In total calm, impeccably clean and with the cherry Nordic bath on the cake we can only recommend it. In addition, Bertrand was very accessible. We clearly keep the address to redo if the opportunity arises.

A lovely little mountain style cottage in a peaceful location, perfect for basing yourself in the beautiful surroundings for nature lovers and hikes around Santa de Pau on your doorstep. We really enjoyed having the whole home to ourselves and the ability to exist in the nature, especially with the great BBQ setup, we had a feast! Thank you Esperança for a perfect stay.

Quiet vacation in a beautiful setting, chalet overlooking the mountains in the middle of sheep and cows, a treat for those who want to disconnect. Our dog loved to enjoy this large space and the walks around, with the nice stream as an extra. Thank you to Cédric and Chloé for their hospitality! 🥰

Very good stay in the Inuksuk sheepfold. A great view of the mountains. Natacha is responsive, so everything went well on the organizational side. 3 large comfortable bedrooms and a 4th bedroom maybe more for children (adjacent, behind one of the other bedrooms). The idea of the Nordic bath is original and well thought out. Recommended!

I just wanted to say that your home is absolutely beautiful — very clean, cozy, and wonderfully organized. The location is amazing as well! I truly enjoyed my time there, especially the lovely views. Also, thank you for being such an easy and pleasant person to deal with — everything went so smoothly. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Josep was extremely responsive and accommodative. He also left a delicious local delicacy which was greatly appreciated ! Garden and pool were spotless and the house was in a great location. Strongly recommend 🙏

The house is in a very quiet and wooded area, it has everything for a pleasant stay, a good kitchen, large living room, large outdoor space and swimming pool. Iñigo is very attentive to his guests and always responded quickly and kindly.

The house is great and Gloria is a wonderful host. Everything was clean, there was everything and they took care to turn on the heating before arrival so that we would not be cold. Totally recommended!!

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful cottage. Everything is planned for a great time: books and games for children and adults (Scrabble😊), a perfectly furnished cottage (size of the rooms, bathrooms with panoramic views🤩), quality amenities. We'll be happy to go back.

This place is just amazing. The photos looked great but once you are there on the terrace with that sea view ..... mind blowing. Beautiful little house in an amazing setting and for once, a genuine walking distance to the beach ! Being able to walk down to the sea was great but you will need 'sea shoes' as it's very rocky. The kids loved jumping off the jetty into the water. The only downside was the pool - this was closed for 2 days without any notice - which was a real shame but to no fault of the owners. Jose & Cris were incredibly generous and understanding and their place is simply amazing, couldn't recommend it enough.

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

We stayed. Raquel’s place for a week at the end of May. The villa is fantastically well equipped, even including beach towels, deck chairs and parasols. It’s a 8 minute walk to the beach and there is a great beach bar/restaurant Raquel communicated really well including short videos. The whole family loved it.

I spent two magnificent days with my family at Casa dos Vinhais. The host, José, is very nice, attentive and helpful and we were optimally received by him. The house is really special with the family's antique furniture and crockery with the very nice living room and the very beloved bedrooms. Here you sit and breathe the story. The view from the house to the Douro River is beautiful and we could not take advantage to bathe in the river but, in the warmer months, it would be possible to enjoy the outside well. We can ask to make dinner at home and the cod with cream and the alheira prepared by José e Graça was divine. In addition, the small Almoco is included in the stay and is really delicious! I hope to return here again to this home. Thank you for everything!

Small house as described, clean and tastefully decorated. Lake view, so not overlooked. Very well equipped kitchen (extras like coffee maker, tea, syrups). Bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. The environment was very quiet. The must is the large and elegant terrace, well sheltered if it rains, a real pleasure to relax there. The garden is also very pleasant and well fenced for our animal friends. Our dog met "Piktou" the hedgehog... uh he was a little surprised! but it was funny. The exchanges with Chloé were very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay, the view from the chalet is beautiful! The accommodation is functional and matches the descriptions, we'll be happy to come back ☺️

Everything was perfect, the house is located in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains next to a stream. The cleanliness, as always, was perfect. With all the kitchenware you may need. This house is ideal for connecting with nature and relaxing. Albert is a very attentive host and very attentive to the needs of his clients.

We stayed at Pablo's place with four adults and one small child (20 months). We've been quite happy with the place. The location is nice, a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house itself provides everything you need, though you could feel some equipment has seen better days. We were especially happy to have a fence for the pool and a safety bar for the chairs, both made it much easier with our little one. On top, Pablo's communication was always kind and very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he quickly sorted it out. All in all, we very much appreciated staying at this place!

Andrea‘s place was absolutely beautiful especially the garden in the front and the seaview! Everything was perfect, they prepared a highchair for our toddler and were very flexible with the check-in. Supermarket and great restaurant just around the corner - peaceful and beautiful house! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Susana's place and will very much consider coming back in the future. The property itself is lovely and peaceful. We were fortunate to get hot weather and therefore the pool was filled (which was lovely to jump into after a long hike). The garden is quiet and has great views of the surrounding mountains. Inside is also comfortable, with an equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and plenty of space to put your holiday stuff. Location was also exactly what we were after. The nearby river is lovely either to go to and read a book, or to hike along. There's plenty in the town for a week stay if you want to grab food out etc. Susana herself was really friendly, helpful and communicative - would definitely recommend the place and we very much might be back in the future if we're in this part of Spain again.
