Great accommodation, fabulous location and stunning views. This rural area is very quiet and with no light pollution clear night skies are just magical. Mostly the temperature this high up is lower than the coast but not always. The coast, which you can see from the terrace, is 20 minutes away by car. The house is modern and attention has been paid to the things that matter. A perfect base for us. The journey up from Arafo is steep for many kms and roads are narrow but often one-way. You do need google maps though – our rental car did not have a sat nav. We found the house in the dark and pouring rain. Juan was very helpful and responded very quickly. Without him we would have had real difficulties with replacing our car which had a puncture and no repair kit or locking nuts on board. Car rental company Record Go (via Opodo) was worse than useless. For organic fruit & veg: La Albahaca in Arafo and La Tajea in Mercado de Santa Cruz. For eggs: Juan’s hens! We will revisit. Loved it.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time staying here. The views are absolutely amazing, and the house is beautiful and rustic. The terrace is very spacious, and there is a little garden that attracts lots of little birds. The whole house is dreamy and surrounded by cute flowers and native plants. We loved using the log burner in the evenings, as it sometimes got quite chilly; this made it even more cosy and homely. Having a car is essential to stay here (and also to explore the rest of the island). There's a Lidl and Aldi nearby and plenty of great restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much for having us!

Outstanding location with absolutely mesmerising views !! Away from the cluttered cities surrounded by vineyards I would highly recommend for those seeking a getaway in Tenerife. The places has not only views to offer , fully equipped with all sorts of amenities that one would ever wish for. Ellen is a great host very responsive and helpful. I would definitely be coming back for more !!!

We had a wonderful stay at in La Florida and would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday away. The house and gardens were exactly as shown in the photos and a wonderful place to relax. We really enjoyed the wood burning hot tub, we purchased additional wood from the Repsol garage. The drive to the house was steep but very manageable for a confident driver. Initially we were given keys to only one of the apartments however as this had two single beds we requested the keys to the second place as this had a double bed and Susana was very accommodating in providing these.

The property is lovely and everything you need for relaxing getaway. We loved the outside area, Al fresco at its finest. Supermarket is situated at the bottom of the road, 5-10 minute walk. Puerto del La Cruz is only a 15 minute drive and playa El Bollullo is on 15 minute drive, bit of a walk down to the beach, but well worth it. also the restaurant at the top is lovely, with a great back drop. If you want a relaxing getaway away from the hussle and bussle, then this is the place for you. Wake up to beautiful views of Tiede and the sea. what more could you want. See you next time.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, a pleasure to return to after a day out and perfect for 5 adults and a 2 year old. The Villa was spotless and there was plenty of linen for a two week stay. There is everything you can wish for in the Villa. There is a lovely pool on site, cold water but refreshing on a warm day. The Villa is within easy reach of two Supermarkets and shops and a five minute walk to the regular Adeje Market. An 8 minute walk will bring you to the delightful beaches of Del Duque. The host is super responsive, all in all a great place to be.

A nice house in a beautiful location, the garden, and the views of Tiede from it, are absolutely stunning. The house was clean and well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maykel is responsive and answered any queries we had promptly. Highly recommended.

Nos sentimos como en casa, buena ubicación, zona tranquila con un guachinche cerca buenísimo. Tienes muchos senderos para hacer cerca de la casa. La casa en general estaba perfecta, muy limpia y ordenada. El jacuzzi era perfecto para relajarnos y estaba en muy buen estado. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Lo único que tienes que aparcar a varios metros de la casa porque justo en frente suele estar un coche del vecino, pero de resto todo genial. Solo tuvimos un problema con el horno que no funcionaba porque saltaban las palancas, pero ya lo comunicamos para que lo solucionen para próximas estancias. Lo que más nos gustó es que nos permitió quedarnos el último día hasta tarde porque no tenía reservas y eso es todo un detalle por parte del anfitrión que muy pocos hacen. De resto todo perfecto. We had a great time here! The house is very close to nearby restaurants (2-4 minute walk), pools in the sea (20 minute walk) and has a nice view of the sea. The town itself is quiet and has everything you need, the nearby market offers all necessary things. We would definitely visit again!

We wanted to disconnect from everything and that's exactly what we got here. It's such a little hidden gem, very private, the BBQ & pool areas are a touch with views looking down towards the Atlantic! Literally an 8 minute drive up through La Guancha and you are in the forest, I can recommend Casa de la Pradera easy terrain, our dogs loved it. A few hundred meters up the road and you come to Bodega Viñatigo very nice wines. The host Lara is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go back.

The accommodation exceeded our expectation. The view from top of the roof amazing, you have see vie at front on your side mountains and other side forest. Very peaceful place with lots of place to explore. the accommodation is fulfilled with everything you need starting from matches to washing liquid for clothes. Very fresh beddings with lots of fluffy blankets. Very good internet connection considering how high the house is based. Our family of 5 had planty of space. Owner very friendly and helpful. The host Maria is great, always helpful, super friendly and sweet with our kids. We had a great stay in the house and enjoyed the view over the bay and the banana plantation. Maria also provided us with a whole load of freshly harvested bananas which tasted amazing. Totally recommended place.

We loved our stay here in Los Carbonaras. The house was beautiful, functional, and had everything we needed. The only note for other people is to know the walls in the bedrooms don't go all the way up so you can hear each others (watch out for snores!). But it absolutely did not detract from the experience. We had a lot of fun cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the ourside terrace. The views from the place are stunning and it is a great location to explore the area by foot. The property is part of a small farm and Yanira's mother was an attentive neighbor who let us have some of their fresh grown spinach. They also left us some fresh eggs and fruit in the house. We really enjoyed the walks between the villages, which we mostly did on the road since there were so few cars. Nature was right on the doorstep, with plenty of birds, butterflies and plants to satisfy us nature nerds. We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Die Anreise sowie das Check-in verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert. Direkt vor dem Haus findet man immer einen Parkplatz, was super praktisch ist. Der Kontakt zu Jan und Susanne war sehr herzlich – wir haben uns rundum gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus selbst war blitzsauber und vollständig ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders schön ist der liebevoll angelegte Garten. Von dort und von der Terrasse aus genießt man eine fantastische Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Auch die Umgebung hat unglaublich viel zu bieten: Der Ort Los Silos ist charmant, mit netten Restaurants und vielen kleinen Ecken, die es zu entdecken gilt. In nur 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Meer, zwei Badestellen sowie beeindruckende natürliche Lavapools – perfekt zum Erfrischen nach einem erlebnisreichen T

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille dans cette charmante maison pour découvrir l'ile de Ténérife. Santa Catalina est un tout petit village avec juste une petite épicerie, située en face de la maison et un petit square très sympa pour les enfants. Leticia a été très agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Nous tenions à vous remercier chaleureusement pour ce merveilleux séjour à Masca. Votre logement est un véritable havre de paix, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. La vue depuis la maison est absolument époustouflante — chaque lever et coucher de soleil étaient un spectacle en soi. C’est un privilège de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit aussi préservé, loin de la foule, entouré de nature et de silence. Le calme qui règne ici est incroyablement ressourçant, et les nuits étoilées sont d’une beauté rare. Même si la météo n’a pas toujours été de notre côté, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin, aménagé avec soin, et qui donne envie de revenir aux beaux jours pour en profiter pleinement. Encore merci pour votre accueil et pour avoir rendu ce lieu aussi accueillant. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs en tête.

Great flat with fantastic views in a calm and secluded area. Beautiful garden with a very calm and clean pool. Only downside is in my opinion, that the location is not super easy to reach, but that might just be the price for having such a nice and calm environment.

Olga is friendly, helpful and a very kind person! It was just perfect! The accomodation has everything you need! It was really beautiful and exactly what we searched and expected! :-) We would always recommend and will definetly come back.

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles ausführlich und freundlich erklärt. Die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, aber durchaus gut machbar und der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Es gab im Ort ein Restaurant, einen Ort weiter zu Fuß durchaus erreichbar einen Supermarkt und man konnte verschiedene Wanderungen direkt von der Unterkunft aus starten. Um woanders hinzukommen würden wir jedoch nicht ohne Auto anreisen. Vielen Dank!

Heerlijk huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Je moet er even flink voor een berg op rijden maar dan heb je ook wat. Erg rustig, het enige wat je hoort zijn de vogeltjes. Prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk verkoelend dompelbad voor na een warme dag. Zoals ook al aangegeven in de advertentie is een kleinere huurauto echt wel handiger om te hebben. Anders moet je een paar keer heen en weer manoeuvreren. Communicatie met Juan loopt ook top. Al met al hebben we hier een heerlijke tijd beleefd!
